Tommeh Posted 9 March 2008 Posted 9 March 2008 Burnley. I fthat was said as a joke it isn't funny. I can still hear the "owen Coyles Claret Army" coming from the upper tier of their main stand now.
purpleronnie Posted 9 March 2008 Posted 9 March 2008 Plenty of clubs are guilty of that. Just go to just about every Championship ground and you'll see it. I know but some are worse than others, which is the point!
Sods Posted 9 March 2008 Posted 9 March 2008 Fulham and Wigan. Although i heard Wigan at Northampton a while back now, Friday night in the old Division 2. Absolute quality support from what i can remember.
Basingstoke Fox Posted 9 March 2008 Posted 9 March 2008 Bolton? Wigan? Reading? Middlesbrough? To be honest, I think the reason these teams get very few fans is because of crazy ticket prices and their geographical locations. What? Who else are they going to support?!
Lamby Posted 9 March 2008 Posted 9 March 2008 Dude! WTF, we aint that bad, only when we are playing shit
Floating Fox Posted 10 March 2008 Posted 10 March 2008 Dude! WTF, we aint that bad, only when we are playing shit Always a happy clapping club. The whole ground will clap to a song, but theres often no words Away support is worse than ours as well.
Daggers Posted 10 March 2008 Posted 10 March 2008 They would probably have only brought 800 with them if they were doing shite The decent lads on the train to Leicester said they'd taken 2-3K for every match this season. You may be right, but he said it was all down to young ones being able to visit grounds they'd never been to. I'll bet our away support isn't that much different next season for most games. Well...most bar Carlisle!
ASH17LCFC Posted 10 March 2008 Posted 10 March 2008 Blackburn are shocking and i agree with the Wigan bashing. Charlton never sing at home aswell.

Simi Posted 10 March 2008 Posted 10 March 2008 ::We do sing actually Yeah, we sing at our local Derbies to as well mate.
Messi Posted 10 March 2008 Posted 10 March 2008 Ipswich were awful when they came here this season.... on saturday on the way down to the ground i seen about 100 or so bristol fans being escorted down to the ground and then they all stopped and sat down the started singing...just wondering if anybody else seen this???
Mickey O'Neil Posted 22 March 2008 Posted 22 March 2008 Charlton also. TBF, I thought Charlton wern't that bad when we went there earlier this year. I remember 3 sides of the ground 'happy clapping' every time they got a corner (and when they scored ) I remember smiling at the end of the game when Chris Powell ?? ran and jumped up about 3 times, most of the Charlton fans were still in the ground. How I managed to smile after that display though, I'll never know. Compare that to our support where (usually)it's the South Stand & Jobbers lot that only get behind the team. Even when we stuck the 4th in against Norwich in the 82nd minute, the Leicester fans were flooding out way before the end. I don't have a problem with our away support though. Worst in terms of behaviour.....probably Leeds or Forest whenever we play them, always something that happens. Add Brizzle City and Cardiff to them feckers.
