Sir Alex Ferguson Posted 28 March 2008 Posted 28 March 2008 i would sign neither of them, they both played well against Coventry at home on their debut but apart from that they have both been very poor, looks like another flash in the pan
colbo68 Posted 28 March 2008 Posted 28 March 2008 Should we sign the Hungarian wingers?I think we should sign both. Although i would be swayed towards Bori if i had too choose one. Bori has been superb for me and chucked out the team by Holloway, Why? I have no fooking idea. Zsolt has been a bit of a let down in a lot of his games BUT we have seen what he can do in that Coventry game. Ollie said they are both absolute bargains after that Cov game and we could sign them permenantly if we wanted. Sign them Ollie! I would give them both deals until January 2010, at the end of the season, giving them both 1 season and a bit. If we can afford £1.5m each on Campbell and Howard, we can afford these. If we don't we will just end up wasting millions more next season on shit players like Clemence. What do you think, to make it clear what i think: SIGN THEM BOTH nope, they are both shite - sign some good wingers - the lack of width in the team has been the problem all season
Calum McDermott Posted 28 March 2008 Posted 28 March 2008 It is a difficult one. Laczko has shown he cazn play and so has bori. Laczko has also had some poor performances. Bori was good in my opinion yet he gets dropped?!
Joe. Posted 28 March 2008 Posted 28 March 2008 I plumped for neither in the end. Zsolt- Definitely not. Bori- Has shown more promise for me but just hasn't played right wing enough to justify anything.
Guest shearfox Posted 28 March 2008 Posted 28 March 2008 I say sign both I'm pretty certain they have a lot more to offer than what they have shown, players need to be given time and I have seen enough good stuff from these two to suggest that they will come good especially Bori I don't think he has done much wrong at all and he rarely gives the ball away.
Legend_in_blue Posted 28 March 2008 Posted 28 March 2008 I don't see how we can give any kind of justifiable opinion considering that neither has played many games for us and neither has been picked consistently by IH. Based on one game, the Cov game, you would say "yes, bring them in", but clearly something is not right off the pitch. If they were good enough, they would play each and every game surely?
melrose Posted 28 March 2008 Posted 28 March 2008 We are a club that historically has wingers from out of the top draw, Glover, Lynex, Wright, Guppy to name five. So why should we be happy with these two? who frankly haven't pulled any trees up since they've been taking the blue coin! Can't really see the magyars being up for a fight in the run in! UNLOADEM in the summer!

Jordan Posted 28 March 2008 Posted 28 March 2008 they have given you "fantastic goulash"* indeed, Ollie. *- I'm going to have to create something--a book, an album, the worst Leicester City fansite ever, a piece of art, establish a restaurant, etc.--and call it Fantastic Goulash.
Kilworthfox Posted 28 March 2008 Posted 28 March 2008 Think?PAH! the 4 he named............. Were they really top draw?
lildave3 Posted 28 March 2008 Posted 28 March 2008 the 4 he named.............Were they really top draw? Only ever saw Guppy play, and loved the guy. My dad's always harping on about the others though. Maybe not top drawer though

UNLOADEM in the summer! Glover - good top flight player no doubt Lynex - effective div 2 player Wright - I loved this guy but was a Scotland Under 23 international (if memory serves) Guppy - England International once in an experimental match Hardly top draw? Beckham / Giggs / Cryuff / Ronaldo = Top Draw
Daggers Posted 28 March 2008 Posted 28 March 2008 think & you will get mine Don't do it LD3 - don't think. Judging by his photo collection, you really don't want to get Kilworth's point.
melrose Posted 28 March 2008 Posted 28 March 2008 the 4 he named.............Were they really top draw? Alright you win maybe the next draw down then, the one I keep my pants in!

Daggers Posted 28 March 2008 Posted 28 March 2008 I like my pictures! Cheat! Cheat! Cheat! Cheat! Cheat!

Beckham / Giggs / Cryuff / Ronaldo = Top Draw I know what your saying but I meant the LCFC top draw, we can hardly expect the best wingers in the world to sighn for us! But the tiny few I mentioned gave endless pleasure. Didn't see Glover though myself. By the way, I didn't hear the Liverpool back four & Dalglish refering to Lynex as a div 2 player back in the mid eighties
Lineker's Left Foot Posted 29 March 2008 Posted 29 March 2008 Reject them both.. if we stay up, Halmosi will come here IMO
colbo68 Posted 29 March 2008 Posted 29 March 2008  how dare you laff at oooooooooooooooooooh Tommy Wright - he was fookin brill!!! - philistine!!!
MC Prussian Posted 29 March 2008 Posted 29 March 2008 They had one good game and that was about it. Just another Kaebi Case.
