Looking at last resorts... is it time for Walsh to step up.

Result as anticipated.

I don't care who manages the club - I just wish they'd listen. :crylaugh:

Major improvements needed on today.

a) Use as much pace and movement up front as possible.

b) Play Beswick on the left.

c) Get the team supporting more keenly and people committing to the penalty box.

d) Have Beswick take all attacking free-kicks.

e) Have someone attack the near post.

f) Have someone always commit to the six yard box.

g) Make Hendrie captain.

They should invite a group of fans into the players' "safe haven", the training ground, to air their opinions of this season. That just might embarass the players and wound their pride (they must have some, surely, if only just a tiny bit)...

Laczko often does :)

For all his faults, the lad does storm into the box at every given opportunity.

Megson tried something like that at Forest. It didn't work. I don't think it would work with these imbeciles either.

Apart from Huuuume, I have zero respect for those who once AGAIN soiled the shirt today.

I bet they're all heartbroken.

So what exactly are you saying?

Walsh is almost as much of a plonker as you are, he has passion yes - but he was talking about going with 2 at the back as soon as Colchester scored.

We've got to stick with Ollie now whatever, changing th Boss at this stage won't help anything, especially the bank balance.

Clearly you have trouble understanding simple English. If I were you i would stick to copying other peoples opinions and passing them off as your own. Anyway. I knew this topic would divide opinion and i was aware of the faults of my suggestion before i posted the thread. As per the thread title though this is a last resort and i really dont see much downside to it. Its got to the point where any possible chance of improving our prospects should be exploited. Motivation may not be a problem for some of the players but i think spirit is.

Hang on, hang on, why does that matter?

When did we start talking about Walsh giving tactical talks?
