teblin Posted 18 April 2008 Posted 18 April 2008 2-0 defeat and the end of the road. Optimism is a great thing
Thracian Posted 18 April 2008 Posted 18 April 2008 It's almost a loyalty requisite that City fans should vote "win" and "stay up". I've gone with what I think. Which is "draw" and "go down". We've flirted with great escapes for too long. Barnsley being tired offers a glimmer of hope but to take advantage we need to attack incessantly. I sincerely hope we do but it would be right out of character for Holloway to sanction that approach from start to finish.
Chimp Posted 18 April 2008 Posted 18 April 2008 2-0 defeat and the end of the road. I'm normally a 'cup half full' type person but I agree, I don't see us getting any points this weekend, leaving us all but relegated. Sorry about the negativity.
James. Posted 18 April 2008 Posted 18 April 2008 Negativity is for the weak. Delluded optimism is the only way forward.
Chimp Posted 18 April 2008 Posted 18 April 2008 Negativity is for the weak. Any remaining positivity I had toward this team and management was well and truly destroyed with the 2 points we lost last weekend... the 2 points that, come the end of the season, would have kept us in this league.
Ric Flair Posted 18 April 2008 Posted 18 April 2008 Optimism is a great thing I'm optimistic that we will be relegated and it doesn't feel great. I would love to be proved wrong.
Dames Posted 18 April 2008 Posted 18 April 2008 I think we'll scrape a win but fook up in our next 2 games leaving us relying on other teams to do us a favor.
Kent Fox Posted 18 April 2008 Posted 18 April 2008 Negativity is for the weak.Delluded optimism is the only way forward. Spot on, Monsieur Le Bleu! I am truly deluded. A WIN and CHAMPIONSHIP for me. Anyone who votes otherwise should be booted off of here for being too bloody miserable!! KEEP THE FAITH!! (Still the best tag line..)
4 Kinell Posted 18 April 2008 Posted 18 April 2008 Let's razzle dazzle em Give em the old one two........................or three....................................or more
UrbanFox Posted 18 April 2008 Posted 18 April 2008 I just want this season to end and us to stay up.. I dont think i can handle anymore. i woke up the other night at 3am thinking how many points have blackpool got and what if this was to happen or this was to happen. im going mad help!
leeleic Posted 18 April 2008 Posted 18 April 2008 I'm gutted, I can't go 2m, but i'll be spending every minute prayin for the right result! I hear we've sold 6000 tickets, a round of applause all round, as fans, were truly some of the best. Sing 2m lads, (not that u need me to tell you), like you've never cheered before, WE can do this! The 90mins you guys spend screamin, holloring and hopefully a whole lotta cheering, will hurt but just imagine the elation when the final whistle goes and we've bagged ourselves the three points.....Magic. Go forth my fellow foxes, sing loud, sing proud!

Scow Posted 18 April 2008 Posted 18 April 2008 Mercury talk it was 3500 this morning. It's Sky Sport News lazily relying on Bill Anderson's article - double disaster.
