Sods Posted 23 April 2008 Posted 23 April 2008 MM 200 is near me i think. Seriously if you want to stand and sing just. Make your way up to Lildave/Ched/Andys lot. Plenty of space, good laugh and a sing song. That reminds me. Is Ched going in L1 again?

Joe. Posted 23 April 2008 Posted 23 April 2008 I shall not be staying in F block this week. It's been scientifically proven that I'm bad luck up there.

davieG Posted 24 April 2008 Posted 24 April 2008 Leicester City have this morning (Thursday) smashed through the 30,000 barrier in their quest to make Saturday's Championship clash against Sheffield Wednesday a sell out. Over 2,000 tickets have been snapped up by eager Foxes fans in the last 24-hours. And with just 2,000 seats remaining, the game looks set to be declared a sell out before the end of the week. A City spokesman said: "Demand throughout the week has been pretty consistent and we are now very confident that the game will be sold out ahead of the weekend. "It really is a truly magnificent effort from our supporters. We may well end the season with the highest Championship attendance to our names, which is a tremendous accolade for the fans. "Our message to supporters ahead of the game remains the same - if you are still yet to secure your tickets then make sure you visit the ticket office at the earliest opportunity." Tickets are priced from £23 for adults, £21 for seniors, £15 for students and under 22s. £10 for under 16s, £5 for under 12s and free for under 8s (family stand only). CLICK HERE to secure your seat online now. Email the ticket office direct on [email protected]. The ticket office will be open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and from 9am until kick off on the day of the game (subject to availability). Tickets are strictly available on a first come, first served basis. The Club would also like to stress that any away supporters who take up seats in home areas will be ejected from the stadium.
Joe. Posted 24 April 2008 Posted 24 April 2008 Well I know it's last home game of the season and there's a lot at stake but I never expected a near-on sellout. I expected 28,000-30,000 at best!
Milans Foxes Posted 24 April 2008 Posted 24 April 2008 Well I know it's last home game of the season and there's a lot at stake but I never expected a near-on sellout. I expected 28,000-30,000 at best! The fact that there will probably be 6000 sheff wed fans in the home areas helps the total a little!! http://www.owlstalk.co.uk/forums/index.php...=79635&st=0

"If people are desperate to go, I doubt you would have any problem buying a ticket to sit with the home fans. We're hardly going to sell out" Link: http://www.owlstalk.co.uk/forums/index.php?showtopic=78893
Koke Posted 24 April 2008 Posted 24 April 2008 It's our last home game of the season and a lot is still riding on it, so we were bound to at least reach the 30.000 mark. Even if Wednesday fans weren't buying tickets in the home end, we'd still get between 28-30.000. And you know what happens when we play in front of a big home crowd
