Makes us all wonder.

For a such a shit team we do well to get good crowd in. I wonder how much our attendance would rise if we were average. Not good. But just average, 12th-15h place.

If it was just that, there wouldn't be as much... there would be nothing to play for then other than just the sake of playing so there is no drama... at least in this situation, there is drama and definitely something to play for.

If we were good and near the top of this league or in the Premiership, then there would be massive crowds I would imagine.

Milan already said that :giggle: When we go up, hes building the MILAN stand.

Really? Has he said he would build a new stand extension?

MILAN Stand is clearly a joke but did he say he would?

Or am I just being foolish and falling for something else? lol

I think if we were mid-table we'd get a much lower average attendance, especially towards the end of the season.

If we were pushing for the play-offs, I could see 28,000 every week.

He did say he would make it bigger in a Mercury Interview. 42 - 45,000 something like that.

Only when we our in the Premiership he said.

Most just come along to moan and be miserable - there'd be nothing for them if we weren't super-crap.

My Dads is 'They don't come and see you when you're bad'.

After a bad game that really winds me up. >_<

not going tomorrow -- guttted :(

my mates organized a charity football match in Bedford in aid of cystic fibrosis because one of his neighbours kids has got it :(

any foxes in the Bedford area that can't get to the Walkers and need some fresh air whilst the pressure is on, get down Jubilee park 2:30 ko and listen out for me asking if anyone knows the latest score :S

anyway, give it all you've got lads and hopefully you'll all have a great day that you'll remember for many years to come for the right reasons.

i need some sleep next week and i don't want to be following the WBA- SOTON score on Monday :(

Everyone round us hates my dad, he a typical moan moan moan.

Colchester sent him too boiling point.

To be fair to him when people tell him to shut up, he goes off on one and it makes me laugh.

Yes if we ever did make the prem he has hinted at increasing the capacity to around 40000. they would just put another tear on the east stand.

Didn't he also say he'd finance a new stadium for Pompey? Did he do that? Did he ****.

The first Matty Fryatt chant will start on 23 minutes.

"DUR DUR DUR DUR, Matty Fryatt, DUR DUR DUR DUR, I'm a retard."

It'd still be interesting to see what it's like... AND we'll have an even better stadium... I mean, we do have one of the best in the land compared to some incredibly poor ones...

How would it work though... that entire stand would be out of action for quite a while into the Premiership season... would look amazing though when finished.

It's A Sell Out!!

Posted on: Fri 25 Apr 2008

Leicester City boss Ian Holloway was this afternoon full of praise for the Foxes faithful after it was confirmed that Saturday's Championship clash against Sheffield Wednesday is a sell out.

City will register the highest attendance of any club in the Championship this season when they take on Brian Laws side this weekend.

And Holloway believes that the fans have got a big part to play in helping to secure the club's Championship status on the day.

In a personal message to supporters, he said: "This is, without doubt, the biggest game of my footballing career - and I am sure a lot of you out there will be going into the match knowing exactly where I am coming from.

"It goes without saying that you can play a huge part on Saturday afternoon.

"The support we received at Barnsley was absolutely magnificent and you played a vital part in the outcome of the game.

"Our destiny remains in our own hands and if we don't do what we know we can do and do it well enough then we won't deserve to be in this division next season. That's a fact.

"For me there are 180 minutes of football remaining this season - and we want to finish it on a high note with our best run of the campaign.

"I think it is absolutely vital that we get things right for the future and if we can do it under this pressure and in these circumstances, then I think we'll all show people what this club means to us."

The club is urging supporters to turn up at the stadium at the earliest possible opportunity on the day to avoid congestion at the turnstiles.

Gates open from 1:30pm - allowing supporters to take to their seats early and cheer on the Birch as he attempts his 28th annual charity run for PROSTaid.

It will be sold out to as much as we can. There will be 31,500 in max. Segregation and L1 will not allow us to sell it out. I'm excited for this one!

Segregation isn't massive though, it will be up to the barriers, just like usal when the away sells out.

quote from a mercury article...

Mandaric will feel only relief rather than joy as he continues to strive to bring the success at City that he eventually did with his first English venture, Portsmouth, who are now a very credible Premier League force.

Coincidentally, Pompey also had to survive dropping into the third tier in Mandaric's first season. They did survive and, from then on, their direction was onwards and upwards.

i'd be happy to be like pompey on that level... i would take top ten of the prem over ground expansion any day!

Especially if it means moving to the most boring looking stadium in the division.
