All I want is a manager that doesn't play up to the media and does his talking in the changing room and on the pitch. Someone in the mould of Brian Little, quiet, dignified and a damn good manager who got the best out of a squad that, on paper, wasn't the best, yet proved it on the pitch over three seasons.

With the amount of money he's invested in the club, I would have thought that last thing he would do is appoint a rookie manager. i mentioned it earlier and so far only one person has backed me up,,, foreign monager new style of football for the championship,,, roberto martinez or jean tigana they would be the only two i would be happy with anyone else listed on here would just be as big a failure as ollie. the championship needs a new approach and it will get it if foreign football tactics can be implemented.
