I'm not actually as depressed as I thought i'd be, I thought i'd be hanging myself, hitting walls, smashing anything in my way, drinking myself into oblivion, but i'm not fair enough i'm pissed up but it's actually a relief if anything, we've been here 4 years in a row, scraping out of it some way or another, it's finally bit us in the arse and deservedly so, admit it could there really be many worse teams than us over the season(s)?

I'm gutted don't get me wrong, and I always went into the game thinking we would be relegated (But at the same time thinking a point would be enough for us :S:blink:) but now we're down it really is a relief, I can 'get on with life again' sort of thing. I'll/We'll still be there next year, but all that feeling pissed off, betrayed, depressed has suddenly lifted.

I don't know if it's because i'm pissed, whether i've lost respect or interest in LCFC (I doubt it), or whether these really are true feelings, but all i'm saying is I feel a hell of a lot better than I thought I would do, a whole load of my mind. No doubt it'll sink in next season come August 10th or whatever it is, when our first game against Yeovil Town (Or whoever) kicks off.

-Thats another thing, I don't want to hear one person saying "Ah we should be beating teams like Yeovil"...Why should we be beating teams like Yeovil? Their in this league for a reason, we're in this league for a reason, why are we in such a superior or god given right be beating beating "teams like...."?

Another positive to come out of relegation, or atleast I hope is that these shite, overpaid, useless, wasters that are a poor excuse of us calling 'football players' will leave on their own accord with their mind's set thinking "We don't want to be League One footballers...We're better than this" will leave, instead of us having to pay them off. I have said it many times, but i'll say it again, I hope every single one of these players, even our 'better' players goes...Infact I want their careers to be ended...Harsh but we have suffer enough watching these poor excuses of footballers, I don't want any other football fans to suffer having to watch anymore of these little shites. And not only that...I'd happily help end these players careers

I think this just about sums up my thoughts too.

I'm devastated we've been relegated and I still don't quite know what to make of it all. After the game I just didn't speak for half an hour, it was just the worst feeling ever. But eventually I kind of got over it a bit. Now I've kind of swayed back to wallowing in self-pity.

Thats partly how im feeling too! It hurts like hell but its better than the uncertainty that we've been feeling for the last week. At least we finally know now!

To be honest I don't feel anyway near as bad as I thought I would.

The main thing I feel right now is that no matter what happens to this club, I can't help but love them, despite the shite on the pitch.

I'm certainly not going to walk away from the club ater relegation!

I am so glad that this season is over now. I am devastated about relegation, it hasn't really sunk in, but in July, my optimism will return.

This is not the end of the club, there will still be a Leicester City at the end of the day, and I will follow them through thick and thin :scarf:

Yeah, I feel the same way somehow, whether it will kick in tomorrow who knows, but right now I feel as if a weight has been lifted

sad day though for all of us

I'm taking it surprisingly well as well. I think it's because i accepted we were going down last Saturday. I just want the League 1 Season to start now so we can get started on getting out! This is gonna be such a horrible, long summer waiting for August :(

The thought of some Silverware and a trip to Wembley will keep me going tho :/

To be honest I keep saying - 'Its not our fault, we drew today, it's Southampton/Sheff Utd sent us down' but at the end of the day it is our fault we needed to win, all we needed to do was win to stay up.

When I say "our" I mean the players...I'm/We're supporters of this club but we have not got this club relegated, If it was down to supporters we'd be up the top of the table, unfortunatly its out of our (us as fans) hands...We have to rely on those twats on the field.

And believe me, I hope Mrs Holloway and several players are reading this fooker.

i agree i am obviously upset about being relegated and losing our wonderful record and i can't wait for next season to start to be honest. However i'm waiting for this bludy Mandaric interview and everytime it shows the Championship table it hits me and i don't want to leave this league.

Im gutted. I hope we can get a promotion challenge next season. But we will get ditched by many of those players and teams will certainly raise their games against us. (they kind of did in this league) But hopefully if we can get a winning mentality and abit of passion, we can come back into the championship and it may just do some good in the long run.

The long wait does you though. Once the season has kicked off we'll all be alright, it's just the long wait and dealing with relegation with ages to wait to bounce back.

I feel that I basically just didn't care anymore, after the loss to the team at the bottom of the league (who basically had nothing to play for, only pride), I thought that's it we're going down. Relegation didn't really hit me as such a shock.

I had already resigned myself to it.

However now we are where we are, I feel myself looking forwards to the new season.

New manager, new players, everything that has happened so far makes me feel that, at last we have a manager who knows what he is doing, players that basically are young and hungry for success. Plus the odd older one's that can help them improve.

I feel that the future is a lot brighter than it was.

How long it takes us to get out of this division, I don't know, but I feel sure that when we do we will be well armed to not only stay in the Championship, but also to make our prescence felt.

Let's face it, it's been a dire 4-5 seasons, let's just look to the future and forget the past.

Hopefully in one way or another, we gain promotion this season, then look to take on the championship for promotion to the premiership.

Will it happen, I don't know. Let's just enjoy the roller coaster ride while it lasts.

LCFC Forever.

The reality check of relegation could be the best thing that's happened to us for ages. If we learn and don't get sucked into continually making thesame mistakes as have put us here in the firsst place.

Suddenly we have got a team to watch and that's likely to fulfil the point of football which is to score some goals to win some matches.

The remaining question to me is whether Pearson and his team - who have genuinely put some pride back pre-season with their signings, their use of our top home-developd players and the manner of our "friendly" performances - have the sense and the nerve to attack games for 90 minutes and to avoid believing that experience is best for every crisis.

I've been hopeful in the past like the rest of us and I never feel comfortable with whatever Mandaric is doing in the background or is likely to come out and say. But at this stage I cannot wait for the season to start and see no reason whatsoever why we shouldn't be up there at the right end of the table chasing promotion.

But please. No more tragedies like Charlton at home. When we get a goal from playing some football let's carry on playing and get some more. I've never known Gradel take any other attitutude so let's take our cue from him an make it a season to remember and a season to restore our club's good name and relevence in the football world.

You've got to dare it to do it.

Pearson has probably the best chance he'll ever have to advertise his abilities as a manager and to write a chapter in our history that will forever be celebrated. He comes over as a doer. Well the doing starts today and I hope it's approached in the style of old. The style which made even the Liverpool's and Manchester United's of this world show us some proper respect.

Come on lads let's show the world there's a new Leicester City to contend with. :scarf: :scarf:
