C-man Posted 5 May 2008 Posted 5 May 2008 It hurts like hell, but they're still here and will always be my team so no they haven't died. It has just about sunk in but the ribbing from all the Man Utd and Arsenal fans at college will start tomorrow. I'm still deciding whether or not a ST is economically feasible for me seeing as I'll be living in Sheffield and I'll be a student. I would just go to the away games if I knew I would always be able to get a ticket, but smaller allocations means I might have to get a ST for my priority 2.

Same here, as if being bombarded with texts from Leeds fans and Liverpool fans, and with everyone saying 'Is tomorrow/today/yesterday Wednesday' and 'Do you like Wednesday's?' all last week because we were beaten by Sheff Weds and now we've been relegated it's going to be even worse! All I have to say though is, how many times have you been to watch your team play?

Basingstoke Fox Posted 5 May 2008 Posted 5 May 2008 I NEED A HUG I can do better Oh my god that was gay
DanTheFoxBhoy Posted 5 May 2008 Posted 5 May 2008 I'm just sitting here, looking at the table and hoping it will change. I might have to knock one off and watch some Battlestar Galactica. God I'm sad.
Father Ted Posted 5 May 2008 Posted 5 May 2008 Exactly.... These are the people that really p*** me off!!They do my head in.... I Totally agree! They need to learn some loyalty, most of them would be the sort that if a war broke out, they would go and hide and not fight loyally for their country. And as for those that support Manure or Chelsea - if they were relegated and Yeovil won the Premiership then they would support bloody Yeovil! BTW the most arrogant and cheeky football supporting fans are flipping Newcastle fans - hate them all!
FleckneyFox Posted 5 May 2008 Posted 5 May 2008 I feel guilty, being a younger supporter i feel bad for all the older supporters.
Messi Posted 5 May 2008 Author Posted 5 May 2008 I feel guilty, being a younger supporter i feel bad for all the older supporters. Same They have seen the club at the very high and now the very low But obviously, absolutely gutted
AmericanScott Posted 5 May 2008 Posted 5 May 2008 I feel guilty, being a younger supporter i feel bad for all the older supporters. I'm happy my dad isn't around anymore to see how low we've sunk. He's probably cursing them in the afterlife
Ibbyfox Posted 5 May 2008 Posted 5 May 2008 I feel guilty, being a younger supporter i feel bad for all the older supporters. Yeah but at least the good times can never be taken away from us older supporters!!
Messi Posted 5 May 2008 Author Posted 5 May 2008 Yeah but at least the good times can never be taken away from us older supporters!! Suppose so pal Ther eisnt no turning back, whatever we say/do it isnt going to put us back into the Championship.. Onwards & Upwards Come on City
maddog Posted 5 May 2008 Posted 5 May 2008 I don't feel as bad as i thought i would. This is great compared to how i felt after the relegation from the Premiership. All we have done is been relegated from a shit league into another shit league. I was getting bored with the Championship and playing shit every season. We will be against new players and new teams, at new stadiums on new pitches next season, and after nearly a day since we went down, im now looking forward to it. I think maybe we should keep Ollie, purely for the reason that it would be virtually impossible for a new manager to come in who doesn't know the players and promote us straight away. Decent managers like Davies, Allardyce are out the window now, either stick with Ollie or bring Walsh in.
