eye666 Posted 24 May 2008 Posted 24 May 2008 Now that Avram has been sacked t Chelsea, it's fate that he is going to be our new manager. Milan will get on the phone to his mate and bring him in to lead the charge for the Premier League... maybe...

Babylon Posted 24 May 2008 Posted 24 May 2008 Avram grant just got to the champions league final, we are in league one.... does anyone else not see a problem there?
Trav Le Bleu Posted 24 May 2008 Posted 24 May 2008 Avram grant just got to the champions league final, we are in league one.... does anyone else not see a problem there? Are you saying that's a problem?

StroudFox Posted 24 May 2008 Posted 24 May 2008 Yeah like we would be so lucky to get Grant. I have been to quite a few Chelsea games this year and although they didn't win anything and some of the games I saw were not brilliant I still think he did a good job there and would be foolish to come to League 1 and Leicester!!
Daggers Posted 24 May 2008 Posted 24 May 2008 Yeah like we would be so lucky to get Grant. Grant Mitchel?
Babylon Posted 24 May 2008 Posted 24 May 2008 Are you saying that's a problem? Yes... the problem of him not coming to us in a billion years!!!
StroudFox Posted 24 May 2008 Posted 24 May 2008 Grant Mitchel? Could he do any worse than other managers? He might get them motivated!!
Daggers Posted 24 May 2008 Posted 24 May 2008 Could he do any worse than other managers? He might get them motivated!! I'd prefer Student Grant, to be honest - he makes me laugh and that is an important quality in City managers. It helps me forget how dreadful we have become.
Fox You Forest Posted 24 May 2008 Posted 24 May 2008 Some people are on a different planet. Even if he wanted to come here i wouldnt want him here, Quite clearly he would be Milan's bitch so to speak.
Trav Le Bleu Posted 24 May 2008 Posted 24 May 2008 Grant Mitchel? No This one! Yes... the problem of him not coming to us in a billion years!!! So, it's a problem then?

Fox You Forest Posted 24 May 2008 Posted 24 May 2008 Lets face it.... anyone who comes here will be Milans bitch True, But not all to the same extent.
Master Fox Posted 24 May 2008 Posted 24 May 2008 Avram Grant seen walking into Walkers Stadium with Milan Mandaric. Timed @ 19.15 hours GMT
C.J Posted 24 May 2008 Posted 24 May 2008 Ha Ha, very funny, abramabivtch (or however you spell it) is worse than MM. I mean look where they wer and what they had achieved with Mourinho and Grant in charge respectivally. Not too bad really is it?
maddog Posted 24 May 2008 Posted 24 May 2008 Milan is mates with Avram that probably changes the odds of him coming here from 1 in a million to 2 in a million. Stranger things have happened to LCFC. Perhaps he would prefer the less pressured, less media oreintated, quieter League 1? I rekon Milan will bring in another underwhelming appointment. I would love to see him bring in a top manager who you would expect to see at a Premier League club. Please Milan i want to be over whelmed and excited by your next managerial appointment, not saddened, bored and de-moralised with it all.
Ultra Posted 24 May 2008 Posted 24 May 2008 Nice signature. Having no manger is only a problem if Christ was due at the Way, which is a little unlikely..
lifted*fox Posted 24 May 2008 Posted 24 May 2008 wonder where Avram will really go now... seems a bit of a shame really, people would be singing his praises if he'd won the Premiership & the Champion's League. didn't do a bad job at all in my opinion.

Probably end up back in Israel. His wife let it be known she didn't like living in London anyway. But the payoff Roman has given him may well mean he (like Mourinho before him) can take his time over his next job.

If you believe what most people say any success he had would have been down to the players and he got the brickbats for the failures. The same applied when Micky Adams was here. The season we got promoted it was down to the players and not him which begs the question do we really need a manager?

Some squads, like MON's when he was here, are full of natural leaders. This one isn't.
