New Manager and Pre - Season

I'm getting a bit frustrated now with the wait for a new manager especially as no news has broke in the last couple of days, am sure Milan is getting very frustrated aswell as MK Dons are going all the way in testing his patience for permission to talk to Paul Ince. Ok, say we have a new man in by Monday 16th June (next Monday), It gives him two weeks to assess the current squad, do you guys think that's enough? And secondly, players are being snapped up from everywhere and so are we going to fall for the players who are not needed and cannot be flogged off? (pretty much like last year).

Am starting to get a little worried for time, personally Holloway was fired on 23rd May (18 days ago) whereby, Milan is interviewing candidates this week before making a final decision (possibly over the space of two days - this weekend) does that seem genuine to you? I back Milan with my life but i'm a bit bamboozled by the time taken to appoint a new manager all be it Milan wants the right man.

I'll eat my words if he does turn out to appoint the right man!

I suppose timing hasn't helped in the quest for a new manager. Come the end of the season many go off on coaching courses and then they have their holidays so there isn't a great deal happening on the transfer front except those players who were released by their clubs. The newspapers are scrabbling around trying to make something out of nothing but until they are back from their hols it will remain quiet. Expect much more activity over the next couple of weeks. Hopefully as far as LCFC is concerned I hope the wait is worth it.

Yes it's plenty of time to asses the currently on holiday anyway squad and buy some players.

This time last year we'd already signed crap like Carl Cort and Jimmy Neilsen did acting quick get us anywhere, no. Who was our best signing?? Probable Fulop who wasn't bought in till August.

These posts are quite amusing, they're dressed up to make it look like appointing a manager asap is what the club needs (which is it isn't, it's something that needs to be thought through) when in actually fact, te poster just wants a new manager put in place so they have something to gossip about.

It's pre season and most of us are sexually frustrated, what do you expect ManPabs!!!

I would prefer to take our time and get the right man who can work with Mandie rather than rush in.

There is plenty of time for players yet. Most of them are on holiday at the moment anyway.

As for trusting Mandie with your life.....I think you should see a doctor. Just because the man keeps saying "trust me" it doesn't mean you should
