How many players will we rush to sign over the summer sweepstake

After seeing this rumour about Cameron Jerome, which although i'm slagging Milan off I don't see as a bad signing, it just makes me wonder and perhaps adds a little proof to how much Milan does pull the strings on team matters - Surely we should be waiting for a new manager and let him deal with it.

Anyway, the Milan/Martin Allen combo signed 14 over last summer. When/If Milan announces a manager this week how many rush signings will we make?
