Katy Posted 18 July 2008 Posted 18 July 2008 Correct me if i'm wrong but I think you can make a payment via paypal without having an account.
A fox for life Posted 18 July 2008 Posted 18 July 2008 can we do another thing to! we should get everyone to meet before the first home game and put thier signature on it who contributed, and do a big unveiling or something! to get round the problem of random people saying they contributed we could just pm everyone with a code or password. does anyone else feel proud that we raised this much money?

I think the plan is to make contact with the media and maybe get everyone along for a photoshoot outside the ground once the flags come through. I'm thinking the club will probably want to do something for the program too, so it may all tie up together. Seeing as I'll be away for the first week of the season it'd best not be the Saturday we play Franchise...but we're tied to how quickly Barmy can turn around the flags.

Yes for non-local, usually skint, usually playing football himself on a saturday, supporter who contributed - a degree of notice would be appreciated. But that would be exciting - I'd get to meet some of you face to face, even Manwell Pablo!

In the event that anyone misses out on the "press day" I am sure we can arrange a special consolation package involving meeting Raj, getting a signed picture of Raj and quizzing Raj on his favourite blend of coffee. Disclaimer: No one at all holds any responsibility for anything Raj may or may not do or the long-term therapy which may be required as a result of meeting him.

No - not Raj (no offence) Manwell - or maybe Lisa or Katy! Just make sure it's brought to the game in Bristol this season - should manage that one, i'll event a groin strain to get a saturday off playing football.

Daggers Posted 19 July 2008 Posted 19 July 2008 Fessing up to having an HGV licence just added more credence to the fact that you are a 47yr old lorry driver from Hull called Bob.

syston_fox Posted 20 July 2008 Posted 20 July 2008 I'd get to meet some of you face to face, even Manwell Pablo! Is the "al" in your name short for Alan Sheehan?
MC Prussian Posted 21 July 2008 Posted 21 July 2008 Is the "al" in your name short for Alan Sheehan? Didn't you know it means "Bi Gal Rocks"?
