MC Prussian Posted 6 July 2008 Posted 6 July 2008 If you check the PC Issues topic, you'll notice that I once put a complaint in there concerning Windows Vista. As it turned out, it was actually the harddrive that was faulty, not the operating system. I have no issues with Vista whatsoever and people still calling it by a bad name don't want to appreciate what a nice tool it actually is. My point is: looking at the time I've wasted with faulty hardware and software (Vista excluded), having it repaired and/or exchanged and me thus being unable to continue working, plus the goddamn issues with Anti-Virus programs (top of the list: bloody Norton), I've decided to put an end to all of this. I know that PC-geeks love their machines because they can configurate so much on their own. I'm just not that much into that. Next stop: Apple.
Finchy Posted 7 July 2008 Posted 7 July 2008 Trying to get the bastard iPhone online now, but O2's website is bollocks! Can any of you get on the O2 shop??
Daggers Posted 7 July 2008 Author Posted 7 July 2008 Trying to get the bastard iPhone online now, but O2's website is bollocks! Can any of you get on the O2 shop?? Don't use Firefox - it's one of those shite IEx browser only sites
MC Prussian Posted 8 July 2008 Posted 8 July 2008 I've got it. Oh baby, I've got it. It's my venus, it's my fire. Pure desire power.
lildave3 Posted 8 July 2008 Posted 8 July 2008 I'm gonna hijack this thread. Why can't I ever connect to youtube on my iTouch?
Daggers Posted 9 July 2008 Author Posted 9 July 2008 I'm gonna hijack this thread. Why can't I ever connect to youtube on my iTouch? Shitty Apple products - I'd take it back to where you got it from and give them a piece of your mind. take it to an Apple shop and ask them to show you.
MC Prussian Posted 9 July 2008 Posted 9 July 2008 I'm gonna hijack this thread. Why can't I ever connect to youtube on my iTouch? Why'd you buy an iTouch in the first place, now that the iPhone's about to be released?
Master Fox Posted 9 July 2008 Posted 9 July 2008 I love apple, and everything apple related. God, i love apple so much.
Nick Posted 9 July 2008 Posted 9 July 2008 I have a MacBook Pro. It's simply feckin great. So there. N.
MC Prussian Posted 9 July 2008 Posted 9 July 2008 I have a MacBook Pro.It's simply feckin great. So there. N. I love you. You manage to express my deepest feelings with such an ease. Must be telepathy or something. Either that or my messed-up brain. But still, I concur wholeheartedly.
Dr The Singh Posted 9 July 2008 Posted 9 July 2008 I love you. You manage to express my deepest feelings with such an ease. Must be telepathy or something. Either that or my messed-up brain. But still, I concur wholeheartedly. I love Apple products, especially apple tarts!! My bro in laws got the lot, imac, mac, itouch, I phone, and they all go in 'synch' with each other beautifully. They look great, the mac is very quite and so fun!! Unfortunately they are a tadd expensive, I wanted to buy a mac pro for work but the cost was more then double that of a pc laptop!!!
Alexikokopops Posted 9 July 2008 Posted 9 July 2008 Why'd you buy an iTouch in the first place, now that the iPhone's about to be released? Because you can only get iPhones on O2 over here, and you have to get it on a ridiculously expensive contract.
lildave3 Posted 9 July 2008 Posted 9 July 2008 Shitty Apple products - I'd take it back to where you got it from and give them a piece of your mind. take it to an Apple shop and ask them to show you. It's been fairly brilliant for me so far though. Why'd you buy an iTouch in the first place, now that the iPhone's about to be released? Errr...because I don't want an iPhone, and I bought this a few months ago.
Finnegan Posted 9 July 2008 Posted 9 July 2008 Ironically, they're usually really bassy, dancey tunes. Have you ever tried getting bass out of an iPod, especially via Apple's earphones?
Daggers Posted 10 July 2008 Author Posted 10 July 2008 But my word the iMac is sexy ...and don't forget the safety aspect. It is so much more secure than normal PC's. Normal PC's are lethal - it says so in the newspaper.
MC Prussian Posted 10 July 2008 Posted 10 July 2008 ...and don't forget the safety aspect. It is so much more secure than normal PC's. Normal PC's are lethal - it says so in the newspaper. Is this one of those so-called newspapers that are constantly threatening us with news on Elvis "Ankle" Hammond to stay at LCFC? The future's really looking bleak, isn't it? Apart from Apple products that are just gorgeous.
Finnegan Posted 10 July 2008 Posted 10 July 2008 How much of an air-headed twat do you have to be to care how sexy your PC looks?
Alexikokopops Posted 10 July 2008 Posted 10 July 2008 How much of an air-headed twat do you have to be to care how sexy your PC looks? Mate, it's the only thing I care about when it comes to buying a PC/laptop
Master Fox Posted 10 July 2008 Posted 10 July 2008 How much of an air-headed twat do you have to be to care how sexy your PC looks? It depends what you use it for?
MC Prussian Posted 10 July 2008 Posted 10 July 2008 How much of an air-headed twat do you have to be to care how sexy your PC looks? I'd love to put a laptop-girl analogy up here, but then again, I'm afraid it'd be too obvious...

Guest Posted 10 July 2008 Posted 10 July 2008 I hate how Apple are trying to shaft me royally now that my XS Key fro Logic Pro 6 has stopped working and cos that version was in the 'transition' period where Apple were buying out Emagic a) they don't support it and b) they can't give me a code to override the key/serial details if I purchase an upgrade rather than an entire new version (at an extra £120 on top of the upgrade price), because the only record of the legitimately purchased software serial number is on the key itself and since that isn't being recognised by my mac, i can't find it out... grrrr!!!
