MC Prussian Posted 28 April 2009 Posted 28 April 2009 The past three weeks have been rather good to me, with 57, 61 and 69 points respectively - it's just that I usually start to gain momentum towards the end of the season. It's been like that for the past two FPL campaigns. All I hope now is that I can get past the 1'900 points total and maybe even break my own points total record of 1'926 from last year. And one day, I'll reach 2'000.

MC Prussian Posted 27 May 2009 Posted 27 May 2009 8th - not too bad a result. Caught up with the rest of the best towards the end of the season with seven consecutive 50+ points gameweeks. First half of the campaign was forgettable (like always). I need to figure out what it is that has me usually dragging behind so early on. Shit players? Shit tactics? Bad choices? Coincidence? I got 45 points on the last day of the season. Could've been more - if only Chelsea and ManU hadn't decided not to use Lampard and Berbatov, respectively.

Would be nice to be represented this year, if Florist and the sheep can then surely we can! Could do with FC Caligua joining whoever you are, I seem to remember you pushing me fairly hard in the foxestalk league last year!
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 6 August 2009 Posted 6 August 2009 I entered last year, but I'm not even on that list. That's how shit and uncared for my team was. This year, with an attacking trio of N'Gog, Beattie, and Zamora, I will be watching a bit more closely.
