Halfsy Posted 11 July 2008 Posted 11 July 2008 Leicester City will kick off their pre-season campaign with a friendly fixture against Hinckley United on Saturday. The game will be played at the Marsden's Stadium, Hinckley, and will kick off at 3pm. Entrance is just £7 for adults and £3 for concessions. The Knitters will be hoping for another bumper crowd on the day - having registered their record gate when the two sides met in the build up to the 2007-08 campaign. The Foxes will then fly out to their training camp base in Slovenia the following day for a five-day stay. City have also scheduled matches against Luton Town (a), Quorn (a), Kettering Town (a), Birmingham City (h), Ilkeston Town (a) and Crystal Palace (a). Fans are reminded that the fixture against Tamworth, which was originally scheduled to be played on Saturday, July 19, has been cancelled. What a joke, can't even get the stadium name right. Its The Marston's Stadium, as it's sponsored by Martston's pedigree.

You can get a nice meal for less than that!

Uncle Albert Posted 11 July 2008 Posted 11 July 2008 Judas. Come on! You do know they do an all you can eat offer there? £3.79 for a Large 6 Nugget meal? When I can spend £4.99 on all you can eat pizza. £3.79 when I bought that meal after the FT tournament, me and Simon were not happy.
act smiley Posted 11 July 2008 Posted 11 July 2008 I know someone who found pustules in their McNuggets. True story. I will guarantee Leicestershire LaLaLa will be sung at this game and Quorn. Livid. Why? Its got something for everyone!
Thracian Posted 11 July 2008 Posted 11 July 2008 Bargain of the century.A training exercise featuring at least 20 substitutions. Pointless! You can get a nice meal for less than that! Absolutely. It's £3 to watch the Reserves normally - and that's in a League game.
Milky Posted 11 July 2008 Posted 11 July 2008 Absolutely. It's £3 to watch the Reserves normally - and that's in a League game. Parking usually costs £1. Wonder if they'll up it for the "big" game
