Had a slight scare, they got it back to 3-2 with Drogba scoring a brace, then they had a controversial penalty which Lampard hit the bar with. Then in the 88th minute they had a corner, up came the keeper, i headed it away cleared up to the half-way line and Aguero scored from the centre-circle. Great game Got the FA Cup final and the Champions League final now.
morris1234 Posted 19 November 2008 Author Posted 19 November 2008 with my watford game, well basically i cant defend, im playing just like watford in real life. im so inconsistant. i beat shef united 5-0, then lost 3-0 at home to plymouth and barnsley, then i came back from 2 down to draw with derby, i lost 1-0 to blackpool, i beat biringham 3-1 and just won my last 2 games with 90 minute headers from daryll murphy. murhpys my top scorer with 9 goals, but bothroyd at cardiff is the leagues top scorer with 15 so far. hume is second after he got a hattrick against me!!! i dont know why im defending like i am, i need to stop trying ot be clever by heading down in the box for one thing havent conceded in my last 2 though!!!!!! what else, ermmmm brian howrd is crap, mcanuff is god and be sahar will be a legend one day!!

Its shocking, You have to try about 10 times to get a game, because it always freezes on the team selection page then when you get the game if you win you never get the credit and if you lose they take 100's of points of you. I like the game alot but this really does put you off the game quickly, on that form there is no point in even having an online feature.

I only play online and don't play single-player, so I know more than most the flaws with online play. Yes you have the annoying freeze on the team selection stage, but it doesn't take more than 3-5 attempts before you connect. As for the points, I don't really notice them much but I think I've got well over 1000. I'm more interested in my winning percentage, which is 70% after almost 200 online games.

I've been clean through one v one against the keeper, done a trick to beat the keeper and the keeper hacks me down with a blatant foul but nothing is given.

Im still officially useless at one on ones. I only seem to score from them because the keeper palms it out to a second striker running through. Scored with a blatantly offside goal earlier too when online. No defenders near me, passed it past the keeper to a player 5 yards offside who rolled it into the empty net and the goal was given
