Rich Fox Posted 27 August 2008 Posted 27 August 2008 Dont really care about this cup weve won it twice We need to take our chances when we get them though. Great support from the city fans.
Legend_in_blue Posted 27 August 2008 Posted 27 August 2008 We're not finished yet. We'll score in the second half. I still fancy a draw after 90.
maddog Posted 27 August 2008 Posted 27 August 2008 We've got men on the bench. Could always bring Gradel, Kish, Dj, or Adams on. Get to 1-0 down with 20 minutes to go or better and make subbsies
samuel Posted 27 August 2008 Posted 27 August 2008 61 PEOPLE VIEWING THIS THREAD... Have they got any support at Craven Cottage?
Guest Bilo Posted 27 August 2008 Posted 27 August 2008 Penalty?! We're coming close though. Come on City!!!
Guest Bilo Posted 27 August 2008 Posted 27 August 2008 Robbed of a pen but we can still turn this around. The commentator on the Fulham site is crap.
jonno24 Posted 27 August 2008 Posted 27 August 2008 Would be nice to see this new lad get 10 minutes to see if he is any good bring gradel and kish on for weso and howard also shocking refereeing again no change there
Jonezy Posted 27 August 2008 Posted 27 August 2008 Bloody refs again.... We must be so behind on that balance...
Thracian Posted 27 August 2008 Posted 27 August 2008 Sounded like a cast iron penalty to me from Kingy's corner and Morrison's diving header - but it's funny how referees are blind when it comes to so many crucial decision particular if it's likely to affect the home side. Just cannot understand why Pearson persists with Dickov on the right. He's tried the idea three times and it's never looked or sounded like working. Split decision about whether Fulham scored or benefitted from an own goal by Morrison buit it seems fairly certain the keeper would hae saved but for the interception so City would be feeling pretty frustrated I'd imagine. Doesn't sound as if new boy Powell is likely to get forward much which will cause all the problems Clapham caused during his spell and put more pressure on our central midfielders who will already have enough trouble trying to cope without a natural passing option on the right wing. Disappointing all that but the City fans sound as if they're winning by a distance.
maddog Posted 27 August 2008 Posted 27 August 2008 Bloody refs again.... We must be so behind on that balance... Still 43 league games for it to balance, i'm sure it will 1-0 down at half time, Nige can have a word, make some subs possibly, we are not out of this yet. Id rather us score 2 last minute goals and win, than them do it like last time. Come on Leicester
TrickyTrev Posted 27 August 2008 Posted 27 August 2008 I love it when people comment on a game they are listening to on the radio. They do one of two things. Just assume that whatever the commentator says must be 100% accurate. Just assume what they imagine will happen is happening.
brendan Posted 27 August 2008 Posted 27 August 2008 Come on City Bring Gradel on and hit them with pace cos Fulham are so slow at the back and i hate to say it but campbell on too with 10/ 15 mins to go (if he's in the squad that is
northern fox Posted 27 August 2008 Posted 27 August 2008 Gradel on the right fryatt off dickov up front come on you blues
jonw88 Posted 27 August 2008 Posted 27 August 2008 Ha the commentator just called him Mark Morrison! The cops will be after him now...
