SamL Posted 6 October 2008 Posted 6 October 2008 Im sad and ive just had a quick count of seats from this picture.http://www.ciderspace.co.uk/photos/action/...06-aug-2005.jpg Notice the amount of Yeovil fans stood up. Doesn't look too promising. Hopefully that's down to none wanting to stand rather than poor stewarding.
Granno Posted 6 October 2008 Posted 6 October 2008 Stand up. There can't be any rows any further back than FF surely? Why do you think I asked to be near the back? I'll be the one with my tartan blanket and flask sitting down
SamL Posted 6 October 2008 Posted 6 October 2008 Why do you think I asked to be near the back?I'll be the one with my tartan blanket and flask sitting down Well you never know with the Ticket Office, they usually situate people near the back who don't wish to be there.
Asha Posted 6 October 2008 Posted 6 October 2008 From an Oldham forum... On stewards/standing... the Stewards can be a bit pushy when it comes to standing, we've got away with it in the past but they seem to be clamping down on it a lot which seems to of brought some debate to these forums Depends how they approach it. They were laid back against Huddersfield in comparison to previous games this season against lesser clubs. As for standing. They'll be too busy yelling at our fans to sit down and shouting, "it's not my section" when someone points out that your lot have been stood all game. Dont think they'll bother telling 3,000 of you to sit down when they can thrown 13 year old's out by the dozen in our stand. On the nearest train station... about 15 minutes from Oldham Werneth, but Oldham Mumps which is the main station is about 30 minutes away Mumps is right next to the town centre which has alot of bars. Bus station is only 5 minutes away or just get a taxi from outside the station which will only take you 5 minute's tops to the ground/Rochdale Road for the pubs. On the Oldham fans... The loudest fans are situated next to the away fans (well I certainly think so anyway) You'll get the most banter with the fans in the same stand as you. No response yet as to what the back row is.

Sods Posted 6 October 2008 Posted 6 October 2008 Doesn't look too promising. Hopefully that's down to none wanting to stand rather than poor stewarding. Naaa thats just Yeovil fans for you, not ones to stand. Even though their home ground is terracing.

Simi Posted 7 October 2008 Posted 7 October 2008 Ched, Tommeh and Albert all know this answer. All I can say is that this foursone needs to happen at an away game. Road trip.
Granno Posted 7 October 2008 Posted 7 October 2008 Anyone know which row is the back one yet? I'm on FF so I'm hoping it's the back row.
