Ilkeston_Fox Posted 9 September 2008 Posted 9 September 2008 For the Millwall game my old man and myself are switching from the kop to view a game (and atmosphere) from the K1 section of the ground. I've read on a number of posts that K1 cannot here the kop and vice versa. I'll find out for myself come Saturday. Though on several occasions (Tranmere being one of them) it looks as though the regulars in L1/K1 have a great atmospehere and decent banter with the away fans. It was somewhat lacking in the kop and as L1 upper is ST only we've had to make do with K1 back row. With the reputation of Millwall fans being shall we say... slightly barmy, i am looking forward to this game and to seeing how the atmosphere differ. L.T.I.D

Durnerz Posted 9 September 2008 Posted 9 September 2008 This isnt meant as a Jibe towards the decent board members sitting/standing in L1. From my experiences of having a season ticket in there, too many racist/troublemaking chavs in there for me and older lads who think its a clever example to set, hence why I moved. Only a personal preference.

EDIT: Just to say i dont think L1 supporters are dickheads, mental maybe but not dickheads

Had half the season in The Kop last season (F1) then moved around December time to L1 (sit around the middle of the stand). They are both pretty much the same when it comes to atmosphere however i prefer L1 due to the away fans make the game more fun. Deceided to get my season ticket in L1 this year. Never had a problem with anyone else who sits in the stand

Lovejoy Posted 9 September 2008 Posted 9 September 2008 I am also an L1 dickhead . Though I haven't actually been to to my L1 spot yet, and will be in K1 on Saturday again .
