maddog Posted 15 September 2008 Posted 15 September 2008 Leyton Orient away, win lose or draw? Got to make sure we keep the optimism going Got to say win
Uncle Albert Posted 15 September 2008 Posted 15 September 2008 Hate to say it but I can see a 1-1 draw but its only bleeding Monday.
C-man Posted 15 September 2008 Posted 15 September 2008 Think we'll win, but please tell me that your going to shorten your sig at some point maddog else it'll be longer than Bruno N'Gotty in the shower.
Munzie Posted 16 September 2008 Posted 16 September 2008 With 2,000 plus travelling support and a point to prove after Saturday, I'm confident of an away win.
The Blur Posted 16 September 2008 Posted 16 September 2008 Draw It should be a good game cause I hear they are passing the ball on ground type so it should be a good game of football unlike Millwall? However I have a feeling that we will be bit hangover from the defeat against Millwall and start slowly which would cost us all of the points in the end
maddog Posted 16 September 2008 Author Posted 16 September 2008 Hate to say it but I can see a 1-1 draw but its only bleeding Monday. I know but i didn't want to forget again and have Leicester lose again
Corky Posted 16 September 2008 Posted 16 September 2008 With a large travelling support and Pearson's criticisms ringing in their ears (hopefully), I can see us bouncing back with a victory.
Thracian Posted 16 September 2008 Posted 16 September 2008 I'm still concerned about our lack of an attacking left-back and sincerely hope that "Bunsen" Berner provides the spark. At this stage though I'm not convinced and just hope that Pearson leaves himself the Dyer with Porter option down the left cos I couldn't see too much wrong with our 3-1 win over Tranmere even if Porter did, understandably, lack a bit of match sharpness after his year out. I bet Pearson would have taken 3-1 against Millwall. Whatever, I'm still confident. I've said I don't think we'll fail to score more than five times this season and I'll stand by that cos that's the way it ought to be with our staff.
Flynny Posted 16 September 2008 Posted 16 September 2008 Powell looked better than Clapham on Saturday. Not saying much but he tried. He whipped a beautiful cross in, best we've had from a left-back in a long time. Perfectly fine backup.

He does well for his age but he's never going to be the answer we need to support such a potentially attacking side. Any more than Clapham was.

I sincerely hope Nigel and his staff are out there now working on set-pieces He has to play Berner ahead of Powell, who didn't do too badly, but Berner should have more pace and will get forward quicker.
Joe. Posted 16 September 2008 Posted 16 September 2008 Win. Let's hope we can get straight back to winning ways after Saturday's blip.
Simi Posted 16 September 2008 Posted 16 September 2008 Thriller. Maddog, shorten your sig now please.

Simi Posted 18 September 2008 Posted 18 September 2008 Shortened.it will be longer soon though Why do you have to remind us of the results? I'm sure everyone can remember them without it there?
lildave3 Posted 18 September 2008 Posted 18 September 2008 Why do you have to remind us of the results? I'm sure everyone can remember them without it there? And if they didn't, I reckon they'd head to BBC Sport or the OS, rather than his sig.
