Asha Posted 11 October 2008 Posted 11 October 2008 Been allocated just over 2500. For me, it'll be this or S****horpe. Not sure yet.
Simi Posted 11 October 2008 Posted 11 October 2008 I'll do the stickied thread in the morning when I can be arsed. Not going to this, Kanye concert.
SamL Posted 12 October 2008 Posted 12 October 2008 Should be going to this. Nice student price as well.
Harborough casual Posted 12 October 2008 Posted 12 October 2008 There is a coach running from harborough to this game, there might be a few spare seats available,if intrested
Simi Posted 12 October 2008 Posted 12 October 2008 Stickied thread with ticket information/travel/ground details in.
Bert Posted 12 October 2008 Posted 12 October 2008 I think the train's certainly a no go-er for this. Train to London, then on the tube, then from Paddington to Swindon. Pricey too.
SamL Posted 12 October 2008 Posted 12 October 2008 I think the train's certainly a no go-er for this.Train to London, then on the tube, then from Paddington to Swindon. Pricey too. Leicester > Birmingham > Swindon? Pretty pricey though, £32.40 for an adult return.
Bert Posted 12 October 2008 Posted 12 October 2008 Leicester > Birmingham > Swindon? Pretty pricey though, £32.40 for an adult return. Hmmm. On National Rail it takes you through London.
Head Honcho Posted 12 October 2008 Posted 12 October 2008 46 minutes on the train and £8 return I shall be there also. Although I may drive and stay the night
Alexikokopops Posted 12 October 2008 Posted 12 October 2008 Half an hour on the train you say? At a price of £6-10? Hello to you Swindon.
Floating Fox Posted 12 October 2008 Posted 12 October 2008 Leicester > Birmingham > Swindon? Pretty pricey though, £32.40 for an adult return. Birmingham direct to Swindon?
SamL Posted 12 October 2008 Posted 12 October 2008 Birmingham direct to Swindon? I thought it'd be easier to via Birmingham instead of via London. I don't think it is though.
Joe. Posted 12 October 2008 Posted 12 October 2008 Should be going to this. Nice student price as well. Is it? I'd say £15 is more expensive than most... Either way, I'll be there, can't miss a bit of Simon Cox smashing us to pieces (we will lose this by the way).

Either way, I'll be there, can't miss a bit of Simon Cox smashing us to pieces (we will lose this by the way). What I meant was at least us students haven't got to pay adult prices. So in that respect it's pretty good. But as student prices go, it's pretty expensive.
act smiley Posted 12 October 2008 Posted 12 October 2008 Either way, I'll be there, can't miss a bit of Simon Cox smashing us to pieces (we will lose this by the way). Got 1-1 written all over it to me. I'll certainly be going to this one, as I'll be meeting up with a couple of mates from down there.

As long as he's closer to the goal than 12 yards, doesn't have a free shot, then I'm sure he'll bag.
Sparky Posted 12 October 2008 Posted 12 October 2008 Wanted to go but the missus has demanded i go to some wedding in Bournemouth . In the words of others LIVID
Maybes Posted 12 October 2008 Posted 12 October 2008 What direct train route serves Swindon? Trying to look for cheapest route.
Tilley Posted 12 October 2008 Posted 12 October 2008 Hmmm. Trains are stupid. Never going by Foxtravel. Unless I can get a lift, I'm not going I don't think.
Tilley Posted 12 October 2008 Posted 12 October 2008 On second thoughts. A £23 train journey I can deal with.
sbfox Posted 13 October 2008 Posted 13 October 2008 If they reach general sale (which they should....right?) then I'll be going. If any of you are lucky enough (ha) to live in Bristol, £8.50 return train direct to Swindon. Can't really say no. I'm quite up for a bit of terracing and all for this one as well (if its still there, I haven't been to Swindon since I was a wee child).
