Alexikokopops Posted 15 October 2008 Posted 15 October 2008 I hope Carl doesn't ever dump me; I'm allergic to cigarettes! People always seem to gloss over the health risks of a break up! It's not long before I have to hit the bottle in true cliche fashion. Actually I think I've missed that one.

Actually I think I've missed that one. Hitting the bottle might be ok. The thing is, I haven't waited to be dumped yet. I have decided to get in there early. Just in case, like....
lookwhaticando Posted 15 October 2008 Posted 15 October 2008 I fooking hate my ex. If she was too drop dead now, I would dance and drink untill the cows came home. She won't come home if she drops dead.
Ross-Kemp Posted 15 October 2008 Posted 15 October 2008 She won't come home if she drops dead. To quote the great mr shingler
AoWW Posted 15 October 2008 Posted 15 October 2008 Friendships can be equally as complex. Currently feel like I'm losing one of my closest friends, who is simply slipping away, yet neither of us know what to do to turn it around. To go from feeling you know someone inside out... to just not understanding each other... it's horrible.

Katy Posted 16 October 2008 Posted 16 October 2008 Men are scum, women are perfect. That's it summed up in a nutshell Kate You're playing with fire there sunshine I live by this premise too. Mainly applied to Pro Evo: "the laws of spawn always even out".My cigarette intake has increased since I broke up with my missus. Hooray for nicotine! I didn't know this, I miss out on so much. Sorry to hear that Alex. I hope Carl doesn't ever dump me; I'm allergic to cigarettes! He never will so worry not. You pair live off each other.
The People's Hero Posted 16 October 2008 Posted 16 October 2008 As a group of people on this forum, none of us are in any position to give out decent advice surely? Collectively speaking we're a romantic train wreck. Not a train wreck which is romantic, you understand, romance was the train. And it's wrecked. And sleeping with another, richer, better looking train behind our backs while we lie dying on the train tracks of mastur-despair.

The People's Hero Posted 16 October 2008 Posted 16 October 2008 I kind of was. But also for everyone else, as is my want. No offence like, but we're a right bunch of losers.
Flynny Posted 16 October 2008 Posted 16 October 2008 My situation is going round and round in perplexing circles. Not that I actually want to explain it. Yet.

The People's Hero Posted 16 October 2008 Posted 16 October 2008 This is Maidstone, all change, all change. Cross to platform 2 for the fast train to self-pity, Platform 3 for the midnight train to Georgia, Or platform 4 for an intense journey in to the mindset of drug addled genius Oscar Wilde.
Flynny Posted 16 October 2008 Posted 16 October 2008 I've just started reading The Picture of Dorian Gray actually - any good?
The People's Hero Posted 16 October 2008 Posted 16 October 2008 I've just started reading The Picture of Dorian Gray actually - any good? It has it's moments. I've read it a couple of times but for the life of my can't remember what happens. Not his best, but certainly enjoyable.
Bellend Sebastian Posted 16 October 2008 Posted 16 October 2008 I've just started reading The Picture of Dorian Gray actually - any good? It's one of the few books I've started and not finished. I even finished Bez's Freaky Dancing, and if there's a shitter book than that I don't want to read it. In other news, I can't decide which of two already spoken for girls that I've no chance with I like the best

One of the few films I like. And I normally hate film adaptations of good books.
Tilley Posted 16 October 2008 Posted 16 October 2008 Argument after argument. The good times roll on.
Dr The Singh Posted 16 October 2008 Posted 16 October 2008 Mr Singh is talking to me lately and has been quite nice to me, so I may get those recipes etc to folks!!
Alexikokopops Posted 16 October 2008 Posted 16 October 2008 I didn't know this, I miss out on so much. Sorry to hear that Alex. Don't worry, I don't think I've mentioned it properly on here before that! It's not too bad, it's come at a pretty good time though for me taking my mind off things (with starting a new job and all).
