I've never heard Chelsea Dagger played in a club/bar. If I did, the DJ would be lynched.

Wouldn't know, never been clubing. What is it? Fcuk's me off when that song comes on during a night out. I usually take a trip to the toilet at that point though. I've never heard Chelsea Dagger played in a club/bar. If I did, the DJ would be lynched. I'll bring the rope and the tree!
Tommeh Posted 19 November 2008 Posted 19 November 2008 Comes on occasionally and everytime I hear it I cridge, its a fooking embarrasment on match days and no improvment on nights out. And I don't care if its half 8 or half 2 or how many Ive had I'll never dance to it, usually just shake my head and walk away. **** of a song.

Corky Posted 19 November 2008 Posted 19 November 2008 To be honest, the song deserves people dancing like twats to it. It truly is awful. I've never liked it, even before we had it at the Way.
Master Fox Posted 19 November 2008 Posted 19 November 2008 Sounds like a top night spot. Wish i could go 'clubing' with you

fox123 Posted 19 November 2008 Posted 19 November 2008 Leicester's night life is pretty poor to be fair, the night clubs are shite. There are some decent bars, but that's as far as it goes. Birmingham is a decent night, as is the Lace Market area of Nottingham.

Koke Posted 19 November 2008 Posted 19 November 2008 Perhaps someone scored I actually laughed at this.
Guest Posted 19 November 2008 Posted 19 November 2008 i used to like the song untill i heard it played at leicester and saw everyone dancing like monkeys I used to like it until it became synonymous with failure and relegation. Now it fills me with feelings of despair and misery.
Uncle Monty Posted 19 November 2008 Posted 19 November 2008 Yeah i like it about as much as i do when they play 'Saturday Night' . Yeah! come along ways since the school disco days.
Fosse Boy Posted 20 November 2008 Posted 20 November 2008 There's no better night than Harborough or Colchester... But seriously, that 'tune' came on tonight when I was out and I was happier to walk outside into the smoking area than to listen to that bollocks. It's shite, and has nothing to do with our club. GET RID! :@

It's now part of the Liquid/Envy franchise, not so good anymore but still as full of squaddie types looking to beat up up student types like me as it ever was. I've heard many a story about Dukes from Chelmsfordian friends but am yet to visit it myself sadly.
