robbo Posted 2 December 2008 Posted 2 December 2008 I take it he's out for a while, the link won't work for me.
hairy Posted 2 December 2008 Posted 2 December 2008 Out for a month. Not so good when you see they play the MK Dons on Saturday
hewittinspain Posted 2 December 2008 Posted 2 December 2008 Oh well Leeds still have Malcolm Christie and Luciano Becchio for December now that Christie is just about over his rib injury!! If you think Leicester will go the full season without an injury to a key player than think again. Harsh cold icy pitches are just around the corner and this weather creates a lot of hamstring injuries, unless you think Leicester is the only team in the whole of all the leages that wont have an injury this season. Laughing will come back to haunt you.!!

No you're right, hence why we've had no Dickov and DJ to compete with Howard and Fryatt until recently
hewittinspain Posted 2 December 2008 Posted 2 December 2008 No you're right, hence why we've had no Dickov and DJ to compete with Howard and Fryatt until recently Well there you go. Beckford is a loss but he will be back in 3 weeks. Its not a serious Hamstring injury. If Christie can score goals in the Prem im sure he can do the job in this tinpot league for 3 weeks. He was very impressive in the first round replay of the FA cup on TV and his cover could be a blessing in disguise.

This tinpot league that you're now spending your second season in.
hewittinspain Posted 2 December 2008 Posted 2 December 2008 This tinpot league that you're now spending your second season in. Yes and hopefully last.
The People's Hero Posted 2 December 2008 Posted 2 December 2008 Yes and hopefully last. I know Beckford is injured, but I reckon you've got too much to go down mate. Chin up.
hewittinspain Posted 2 December 2008 Posted 2 December 2008 I know Beckford is injured, but I reckon you've got too much to go down mate.Chin up. Well lets just hope we wont go down. There is a strong chance though!!
The People's Hero Posted 2 December 2008 Posted 2 December 2008 Well lets just hope we wont go down. There is a strong chance though!! Hang on a minute. 'Too good to go down?' I think we've ALL been hit by THAT before. Once bitten, twice shy!
hewittinspain Posted 2 December 2008 Posted 2 December 2008 Hang on a minute.'Too good to go down?' I think we've ALL been hit by THAT before. Once bitten, twice shy! Unfortunately no one is too good to go down.!!
The People's Hero Posted 2 December 2008 Posted 2 December 2008 This Leeds fan is pretty cool. We should adopt him.

Ric Flair Posted 2 December 2008 Posted 2 December 2008 Isn't Hooper their top scorer anyway? Let's just hope Fryatt doesn't get injured because we really would be in the shit. I wouldn't be as worried had Dickov been given more of a chance, but he hasn't so we'd have absolutely no assurance that we could cope without Fryatt's goals.

Laughing will come back to haunt you.!! Sorry, but did I say 'Ha, ha, ha Beckford is injured, Hayes is injured.... We won't suffer any injuries so ipso facto we'll pi55 this league'.....? Er no I didn't. I simply pointed out that it benefits us when other teams around us in the league lose an important player. Rant over.
JakeShingler Posted 2 December 2008 Posted 2 December 2008 This tinpot league that you're now spending your second season in. Soon to be 3rd.
Joe. Posted 2 December 2008 Posted 2 December 2008 Ha ha ha ha ha.Wait 'til it's Fryatt. We'd actually be ****ed to be quite frank.

lildave3 Posted 2 December 2008 Posted 2 December 2008 We'd actually be ****ed to be quite frank. Steve would step it up a gear, he's just letting Fryatt have the glory atm.
