The Leicester Sale At The Minute.

Leicester are holding a sale with everything 50% off at the minute. I went in today to purchase a black away shirt. I was with 2 people which 1 of them had a home shirt on and one had the away shirt on, whilst looking at the shirts I noticed and so did my friends that the black away shirt(hanging on the hangers) was different to one that my friend had on. The Leicester badge and shiny logo at the bottom of the shirt are different and in the inside of the shirt at the top where it should say JAKO and the size that wasnt there, we then checked the home shirts same with these. So beware people if your going to or you have brought a shirt in this sale it might be a fake or factory seconds? :dunno:

I actually was about to go in and purchase the away kit after the Palace game.

Glad you told us Ashley - I'll be more aware of it when I visit them tomorrow.

Are the shirts on the hangers actually the ones you take home though?

I always thought that you take one on a hanger to the till, then they give you one folded up in plastic? Maybe they would be the proper design? :dunno:

I got my brother the black away shirt in a small for xmas, and it was too big so we took it back and tried on another small and it fitted, it seems like some of the smalls aren't small, but they are being labelled as small. Some of them are more like mediums

Thought so, my small was massive. Bigger than my old small one.

Yeah i got a medium black top but it was huge (yet my blue top was medium), so i took it back and tried on 2 different smalls and one fitted and one was too big

None of them are red, that's all anyone needs to know.

I would get a red one next season if we had a red away shirt i think it would look good, just hope they deliver over here

He is correct , 70s , 80s and early 90s we had red strips , i belive the last time we ever wore a red strip was away at Blackburn 91/92 and Kevin "rooster " Russell scored the only goal of the game

God knows how he finished it from that far out too.
