What the surely they have Underground heating :S

I think it will be for the icy conditions in and around the stadium and safety for supporters in mind

Having spent an hour travelling 2.5 miles on London's transport system this morning it's no surprise. If I don't leave early I'm walking home, it'll be bloody quicker

Don't know if ours will be on though.

Walsall's ground is covered in snow already, and more is forecast later.

It doesn't look too promising.. :(

Apparently they put the frost sheets on teh pitch on Saturday evening, so all the snow is resting on them. Still not ideal. I'd be worried about trains too.

I know they've got covers, but it could freeze underneath, plus the surrounding areas (not the immediate ones, but the motorways) could be very busy and difficult to use.

I hope they tell people early if it's off, don't want hundreds of Leicester fans making a wasted journey.

Definitely a sensible decision to cancel the arsenal game. The tubes are absolutely screwed today - on my floor at workthere are about 7/30 people in the office. Soon to be 6 as I'm not hanging around!

In the Northampton programme, the groundsman claim it wasn't a bad thing having snow on the covers. Works as an insulation against frost? If the ground's much cop, as you said the M6 needs to be in decent condition by 2pm tomorrow really.

I was just about to post that as it does insulate the ground. Cant see it being on though.

Ah right, didn't see that bit. The roads could be the key to this one going ahead.

At least there'll be less chance of a wasted journey than if we'd been playing at Yeovil or Carlisle..

That's where the common sense in playing these sort of matches on midweek nights comes into play.

Quite a few gone in our division.

There will be quite a fixture pile-up from now until May for some clubs.

Good for us as we will be fresh for our games, other clubs will be all tired.
