Guest Bilo Posted 23 March 2009 Posted 23 March 2009 I had a friend here from Darn Sarf and we ended up playing a spot of pub golf pre and post match. Started in the Polar Bear, followed by the Grad Bar, followed by the Swan, followed by my flat then into town. Fun times. Where are the festivities taking place in lovely, lovely Peterborough?

Ultra Posted 23 March 2009 Posted 23 March 2009 That's the plan. Plod may have something to say about that, though.. As for Saturday, I spent most of the day entertaining some Essex lads in various hostelries, rounding off (for me) with a meal in the Peking. They were last seen heading off in the direction of the Aviary..

They were last seen heading off in the direction of the Aviary.. The natural conclusion to a bloody good day out I think. As for pubbage, I'm sure there are other watering holes that are at least passable there if plod stop us going into Spoons. Charters is apparently fairly decent.
