Alexikokopops Posted 6 March 2009 Posted 6 March 2009 Is feeling earthquakes a sport now? I'm pretty rubbish at it, I've only ever felt one.

Monk Posted 6 March 2009 Posted 6 March 2009 It's amazing that us all stamping on the floor at craven cottage took that long to reach through the earth's core and down to Oz.

BoneDog Posted 6 March 2009 Posted 6 March 2009 I felt two since 2000. It's amazin but that's only cos they are small ones. Had a right laugh on the last one. I tipped my Mrs out her wheelchair, put her chair on it's side next to her head, put the remote control and a upsidedown cup on top of her and sent a picture to Sky News cos they were askin for reports
lildave3 Posted 6 March 2009 Posted 6 March 2009 We had one while in Turkey, it actually woke me up, that's how shaky it was Early hours of the morning I think.
Matt Posted 6 March 2009 Posted 6 March 2009 I've only known about 2 around my area before, 1 I felt, 1 I slept through. There was one last year I think, quite abit of the country felt it, I slept through that one, but the one I felt was quite a few years ago, apparently it had something to do with something being knocked down/demolished for the Covscum ground. I live on a main road though and when lorries go past you can feel the house shake anyway so that is nothing out of the ordinary for me. Does make you worry abit about how strong the house actually is
FilboFox Posted 6 March 2009 Posted 6 March 2009 Where were you? Cause I didn't feel a sodding thing...
