AjcW Posted 23 April 2009 Author Posted 23 April 2009 Ok, i admit, I have a shiny new... Oooh...this sh*t is gooooood! haha thank you. Anyone think well see any interesting selections in the team tomorrow?
Hitesh Posted 23 April 2009 Posted 23 April 2009 haha thank you.Anyone think well see any interesting selections in the team tomorrow? Levi Psssh?? Seriously, I hope he sends out a strong squad but I wouldn't mind seeing Powell given a run out. Doubt Howard will play so most likely DickCov and FriedHat up front.
Corky Posted 23 April 2009 Posted 23 April 2009 I'm just looking forward to a match where we're not thinking about other results and can relax.

Yes that will be a luxury, relaxed usually means no noise though. On another note corky im very bored, 9000odd posts in two years.... thats like 13 a day hahahah.
C-man Posted 23 April 2009 Posted 23 April 2009 I'm just looking forward to a match where we're not thinking about other results and can relax. Stockport vs Crewe is massive!
Tom smith Posted 23 April 2009 Posted 23 April 2009 Does anyone recon we might have a pitch invasion cause i want howards boots??
Number 6 Posted 23 April 2009 Posted 23 April 2009 Don't know why but I fancy us to give Scunny a pasting tomorrow. Also don't know why people dislike the part-timers so much, if you had to only choose a few games to go to would the last home game not be one of them?
Tubes Posted 23 April 2009 Posted 23 April 2009 I'm just looking forward to a match where we're not thinking about other results and can relax. Cheltenham
Guest Posted 23 April 2009 Posted 23 April 2009 My problem isn't with part-timers per se, it's people moaning this week about not being able to get a ticket when they've had weeks to buy them. If I wasn't a STH, I would have bought my ticket for the last home game of the season at the earliest possible opportunity, knowing that we had a realistic chance of going up, and knowing that there would be high demand as soon as promotion was assured. Obviously I am more organised than the average person.

This, I brought mine mid-March.
leftsideoverhere Posted 23 April 2009 Posted 23 April 2009 Does anyone recon we might have a pitch invasion cause i want howards boots?? Firstly, pay attention! The pitch invasion debate has pretty much been done to death. Secondly, if you want to wrestle Steve Howard's boots off the big man's feet you're on your own, pal. That's a mission that can only end in the hospital, I reckon.
rae Posted 23 April 2009 Posted 23 April 2009 This, I brought mine mid-March. Snap But Lisa just think, while we're all celebrating tomorrow night they will be at home feeling sorry for themselves... wishing they were organised like you and I I really cant wait...
djkieranj Posted 23 April 2009 Posted 23 April 2009 I have a ticket, but i'm thinking about not going.I've been to one game all season, and that was MK Dons away. Part timer, yeah? And? So fcuking what? I'd rather spend the £20 for a league 1 ticket on something else. I've spent a lot of money following this club. So kiss my arse if you have problem with that 'true football fan' whatever that is. cnuts don't let the " i'm the best fan ever" pricks bother ya. if you wanna go, go! I don't understand these people either, season ticket ego trip or something, they seem to get annoyed by the club doing well and attracting a good crowd, true fans eh? I would love to see the atmosphere beat the leeds game, but that was a rush i ain't felt for ages

Isn't even a little bit of you going at them? Or am I really that cruel?

Yep. They've been on general sale for weeks now- and it's not as though we've got a small ground that's full every week is it?

I would love to see the atmosphere beat the leeds game, but that was a rush i ain't felt for ages Admittedly there are some people who are a bit too militant about their following of the city and see it as some sort of status, but most people are just proud that they've been following the city even when at their lowest ebb, and are a little aggrieved that the people that almost disowned this club a year ago will happily wander down as if they've never been away. Surely you can understand that even if you don't agree with it?
