swimmerboy Posted 27 April 2009 Posted 27 April 2009 incoln City boss Peter Jackson appears resigned to highly-rated winger Dany N'Guessan leaving Sincil Bank in the summer. N'Guessan's contract expires at the end of the season and he has rejected an offer to extend his time with the League Two club. MK Dons failed with a bid for the former Rangers youngster in January, while West Brom and Sheffield Wednesday have also shown an interest. Skysports.com recently revealed that Leicester City, Reading, Ipswich Town and Sheffield United are also monitoring the player's situation. And Jackson concedes that, with so much interest in N'Guessan, it appears inevitable that the Frenchman will be on the move. "A lot of clubs have been watching him for some time," said Jackson. "Nothing will be sorted with him until the end of the season. "I would like to keep him, but with the amount of clubs that have been watching him it is going to be really hard to keep him."
Katy Posted 27 April 2009 Posted 27 April 2009 He's a legend, watched him play against Chesterfield a few weeks back. Would have loved him to play for us, may have been better for us this season though as opposed to next.

General Smuts Posted 27 April 2009 Posted 27 April 2009 He's a shambles Didn't he come on against Wrexham and miss an absolute sitter?
Alexikokopops Posted 27 April 2009 Posted 27 April 2009 Didn't he come on against Wrexham and miss an absolute sitter? He came on against Wrexham but you're thinking of Ben Wright that missed the sitter.
lavrentis Posted 27 April 2009 Posted 27 April 2009 Apparently he is either really brilliant or really shit when he plays.
General Smuts Posted 27 April 2009 Posted 27 April 2009 He came on against Wrexham but you're thinking of Ben Wright that missed the sitter. Well they were all utter dog turd.
leftsideoverhere Posted 27 April 2009 Posted 27 April 2009 With Dyer appearing to end this season recapturing his form and Max looking better and better I don't think a league 2 winger is where we need to be investing. No thanks.

MPH Posted 27 April 2009 Posted 27 April 2009 He's a shambles is he quite young? because if he was, we could call him a baby shambles!!! :w00t:
Katy Posted 27 April 2009 Posted 27 April 2009 As N'credible as that night was even you would be hard pushed to be happy about us signing him. Aye, rose tinted spex and all that. If we ever drop into League two we should snap him up

Corky Posted 27 April 2009 Posted 27 April 2009 Aye, rose tinted spex and all that. If we ever drop into League two we should snap him up WACCOLT?
syston_fox Posted 27 April 2009 Posted 27 April 2009 Yes!Keep Pressan N'Guessan Keem 'em guessing N'Guessan
Mort Posted 27 April 2009 Posted 27 April 2009 My worry would be that he's totally unproven at Championship level... there's plenty of clubs that can afford to take a risk on a player like N'Guessan, but we're not one of them. Unless Nige's scounts are telling him somthing different I cant see any point in snapping him up.
Alexikokopops Posted 28 April 2009 Posted 28 April 2009 And Steve Kerr (plus imaginary brother Wayne) You mean Scott Kerr? The player that my mates describe as the worst ever to play for Lincoln. They hate him.
syston_fox Posted 28 April 2009 Posted 28 April 2009 You mean Scott Kerr? The player that my mates describe as the worst ever to play for Lincoln. They hate him. That's the dude!! Really? Ive only seen him live twice but he was one of the better players both times (although to be fair he was sent off after 30 mins in one of those games)
