Pre season sorted, 2 players bought.... and we've not even finished the season yet!!!

Last year's non event was not something I wanted reminding of. Typically lax communication and not the sort of place you want to turn up in of an evening with nothing to do.

Lovely little ground and on my doorstep! Got a soft spot for the Stags and used to watch them when I could'nt get City games. Even went to the league 2 play-off final with them!

I'm looking forward to this pre-season, especially if last pre-season is anything to go by. Generally they're at shit grounds, with hardly any stewards, so you can stand without hassle and last season, beers were drank on the terraces! Plus, If you lose it doesn't really matter, as it's only a firendly, and you get to see how the team are coming along, and it cures boredem!

Wow, they've improved Field Mill massively since I last saw it. Brighton would kill for a ground like that!

I hope there's a pre-season game against a Quorn or a Hinckley sized team again just to keep the garden shed tour alive.

Would be my first pre-season away game

Will be going it alone, National Express is a pretty decent price, and the bus station is only a mile away from the ground... last bus leaves at 22:30, plenty of time to get to the station.

Will this be a 'pay on the gate' game?
