Dave-Pundit Posted 19 May 2009 Posted 19 May 2009 What seperates me from other pundits is not just my nonesense approach but my honesty and brutallity, you don't see me sitting on a fence. I'm too fat for that. Nor do you see me using the constant cliche's which so many pundits and commentators alike use these days. Anyway this week saw West Brom relegated, hardly a shock, all that intricate football don't get you anywhere in football, look at Stoke and Delap's long hard weapon. For me that was the biggest suprise all season, it's just so long and flat. Remarkable. Anyway here's how the relegation battle is going unfold: Middlesbrough: Southgate's never hacked it and at the end of the day, I'd be over the moon if middlesbrough got relegated, they're side can't even hit a barn door. That stems from the manager. England Euro 96 anyone? how can you forgive someone for missing a penalty for England in an England major competition. For me what Middlesbrough have needed is abit of steel in the midfield, a player like David Batty. A fantastic hero for England and his club. If only he had the chance at Euro 96, I doubt he would of missed a penalty in that sort of big game. The main problem though for Middlesbrough is the fact they can't win ugly and that stems from Wheater being injured for so long. Prediction: 19th: Sunderland: Heaven's know why the let a young British manager like Roy Keane go and then bring in some foreign pansie named "Sbrgia!??!?!?!?! who?!?!?"...it's no wonder there down there struggling. The only reason why they will be safe is there all english back-line of Bardsley Ferdinand Collins McCartney. Luckily Newcastle and Hull are rubbish. Prediction: 16th. Newcastle or Hull: I'll let you know, I just can't decide, honestly I can't. I'm going to sit on the fence for this one and just enjoy the fast tempo, long balls and lack of footballing ability on show. Toon or Hull? Hull or Toon? It's no doubt Hull have the far tougher game on show against Champions United. There's a reason why there champions you know. They finish top. I think this is a perfect time for United to implement a full team of just English players, the likes of Rooney, Ferdinand and Fletcher. Hull need to utilize their experience, the likes of Windass and Barmby need to be given games, I remember seeing a youth game in 1942, they can play together! As for Newcastle there taking a trip to the in-form Villa side who lie 6th in the table. It's a shame for Newcastle though, such a massive team with a great history of big trophies and a big stadium. Though they have the likes of Butt and Nolan, it's a shame Barton is missing, He's got the quality to get Newcastle out of jail for me, his experience in these situations would of been key in this match.

Blue Foxes Posted 19 May 2009 Posted 19 May 2009 This doesn't seem like a very pro view, even i could say i think either Hull or Newcastle are going down.
shen Posted 19 May 2009 Posted 19 May 2009 This doesn't seem like a very pro view, even i could say i think either Hull or Newcastle are going down. You do realise it's tongue in cheek, don't you? Including the Fletcher comment...
Koke Posted 19 May 2009 Posted 19 May 2009 I smell a rat here. I think he supports the sky blue cunts down the road.

Dave-Pundit Posted 19 May 2009 Author Posted 19 May 2009 Do you actually support Villa Dave-Pundit? Yes they are, I'm not biased, but I'd never say Villa to lose. The thought of that is just absurd.

Dave-Pundit Posted 19 May 2009 Author Posted 19 May 2009 It's a shame the seasons ending, I'm running out of things to pundit on.
Fosse Boy Posted 19 May 2009 Posted 19 May 2009 It's a shame the seasons ending, I'm running out of things to pundit on. Do you comment on cricket too? Perhaps the 2018 World Cup bid?
Dave-Pundit Posted 19 May 2009 Author Posted 19 May 2009 Do you comment on cricket too? Perhaps the 2018 World Cup bid? I'm a professional football pundit. I can't waste my time talking about cricketing, far more time consuming activities to start, Like drinking.
hairy Posted 19 May 2009 Posted 19 May 2009 It's a shame the seasons ending, I'm running out of things to pundit on. And a new season begins... Katie and Peter.....is the split for real or just another cheap stunt?

Legend_in_blue Posted 19 May 2009 Posted 19 May 2009 You can go on and on about it. Fact of the matter is this. And it's simple. They will all lose their games this weekend.
