No. It's the 'I'd haul people down, swear at the ref as many times as I like because I can get away with it cause I'm Englands greatest ever' Rooney rule.

I agree, At the very least you need to start with a youth team or as an assistant or something. He's been out of the game for so long what does he know. Even Giggsy is having trouble getting his first proper job and he was in the backroom staff at Utd for a few years.

Even Tactics Tim was working with the youth team at Spours before they gave him a chance.

I listened to this and couldn't believe what I was hearing.

Yorke said "I've won the Championship, I've won the Premier League too. I don't know anything about League 1 or League 2". As if you can just do **** all for years and then walk in to the Aston Villa job because you scored a few goals for them in the 90s. If that's not enough then the system must be racist.

It looks as if Ryan Giggs has a similar arrogance. It's so cosy for retired professionals now, because they can just sit next to Graeme Souness and Niall Quinn and talk bollocks about big clubs and pick up an easy few quid. Then again, at least he's actually sat in a dugout unlike Yorke. What an absolute tool he is.

What a dick head, he's been retired over 10 years. If he wanted to do the job he could have started out at a lower level like most people have to and work your way up. Very few people walk into a job with no management or coaching experience... especially ones who have been out of the game 10 years. It tends to be recently retired people or club legends... not people like Dwight bloody Yorke.

Far easier to just scream "racist" than actually knuckle down and get your coaching badges etc I wouldn't let Dwight Yorke walk a dog, let alone manage a football team,

I'll still never forget his description of the Robben-Ribery-Bastien-Gomez Bayern team on Sky about 5 years ago before a game against a English side, he started rabbitting on about knowing what we were going to see, typical German outfit, solid, dependable, not much in terms of creation, the presenter realised after about 20 seconds he clearly hadn't watched a Bayern Munich game for about 10 years.

Hold on a minute.....

How many owners of clubs nowadays are not white/british?

The game in this country has never seen a greater diversity of ethnicity in the game, from top to bottom.

We have black owners, coaches, managers, players, stewards and club staff all in the game.

Ince did a good job at MK Dons, but was then questionable at Blackburn Rovers.

Chrissy P did his coaching badges, worked at a number of clubs including ours, and thanks to a recommendation from our club, got a couple of jobs, where he was pretty average.

Hasselbaink, good job at Burton, earned a move to QPR, where he is doing ok.

Personally, i think our game reeks of anti-antisemitism
