I hope David Boon, Timmy Cahill, Steve Waugh, John Eales and Ian Thorpe forgive me as today........ Today i downloaded and started filling out the forms to get myself a British passport Getting it done early as my brothers took 8 months to come thru.

Mainly moving over so I can see regular foxes games and see a bit of the world. Not for awhile will I be in Leicester as going to the world cup then solo travel and then a contiki round Europe. Just getting the passport now as it takes an attornity bloody british embasy Thanks for the support guys, still live with my folks so suddenly moving out on my own on the other side of the world will be tough but lifes to short to not try it, plenty of others have done it.

Just get in and do it, i got my Aussie citizenship 2 years ago after having lived here for more than 30 years (cant rush these things). apparently if you arent a Tru Blu Aussie, they can refuse to let you back in if you go OS. (bloody immigrants) Quite a moving experience it was.... me and 3 other "bloody immigrants" were stood in a tiny little room in a council office, we played a game of 20 questions...you know the sort... What was Bradmans average? When did captain cook rape and pillage discover australia? etc etc... We then were given a piece of paper with the words to the national anthem on it...we stood up, a little old lady pressed play on a 1980's style boombox and we sang the anthem ( i love a song that contains the word "girt"). The local Mayor dressed in all his finery then congratulated us on our decision to become Ozzies. We then filed out into a little courtyard and were treated to a cup of tea and some scotch finger biscuits. Its great to be an aussie!!
