suffolk fox Posted 4 August 2009 Author Posted 4 August 2009 mate of mine at work is a saints fan, his mother works in their ticket office, Raziak is believe to be travelling to City today for talks and a medical? This mate is not normally a wind up merchant, but I will believe it if it happens?

So they want to off load both.

Vlad The Impaler Posted 4 August 2009 Posted 4 August 2009 I'd have him He would of had pre-season training under his belt, so he would be fit and raring to go, he has played in the championship and does score and he would be ready for the first game if what this lad is saying is true. Wouldn't cost too much either. Don't see any reason why not, though we could do better, but we aren't as attractice as people think and someone like rasiak is probably the best we can hope for

Very much in the mold of Howard but better IMO, he could link up with any of our current strikers. Well he has scored 24 goals in 62 appearances for Southampton and 8 in 21 on loan to Watford last season. He would be a natural replacement foir Howard He is younger than Howard He scores more goals per game than Howard His scoring rate at Watford matches DJ****ingCampbells at Blackpool He isn't DJ He probably understands the offside trap The fans wouldn't be on his back

He was on loan at Watford last year and scored some goals, he is really a good Championship player who I think would at least get in the squad.
