AjcW Posted 16 September 2009 Posted 16 September 2009 hmm. Dont know whether this will take off or not but I think it could be quite a good discussion/debate thread. Concept: "Whats the topic of conversation in your life at the moment, between you and your friends/partners/siblings/parents. Perhaps you need back up for an argument with a friend, see if anyone on here can offer any advice etc etc". Sort of like a mini social networking thing, I see people all the time write something on facebook and there friends start commenting and before you know it theres 40 comments and a big debate. Ill set us off. Basically at the moment the big discussion in our house is how long I should travel on my gap year, the parents have said three months, but I only want to go for two(Borneo is the destination btw )... I think I may have won but they seem convinced that universities and employers will see 8 weeks and think, oh so you just went on a long holiday, wereas with 12 weeks they have seen that you have learned new skills etc. Share away people.
Libertine Posted 16 September 2009 Posted 16 September 2009 I'm in love with two sisters. I'm only talking to people online about it though. So yeh.

Libertine Posted 16 September 2009 Posted 16 September 2009 , thats a bit of a dilema!Do they know No! I'm stuck more than a Sticking Expert who teaches Stickiness at Sticky University in Stickton Town, Sticklesvania.

To be fair, chances are one of them is going to turn out mental and the other one perfect. I'd pick the one that seems more down to earth and normal.
Libertine Posted 16 September 2009 Posted 16 September 2009 To be fair, chances are one of them is going to turn out mental and the other one perfect. I'd pick the one that seems more down to earth and normal. They're both nuts. And strangely incestuous. One is more suited to me though. And I believe single. Whereas t'other is not.
AjcW Posted 16 September 2009 Author Posted 16 September 2009 So the problem isn't which one to get with, it's the fact that you will still have feelings for the other while your with sister number 1..... I've been there(not with sisters though) its messy complicated and confusing eventually

AjcW Posted 16 September 2009 Author Posted 16 September 2009 Maybe whore them round some more then because this situation sounds far to complex
Libertine Posted 16 September 2009 Posted 16 September 2009 Maybe whore them round some more then because this situation sounds far to complex I'm kind of set on one, but I work with t'other so.. Bit annoying.
Bellend Sebastian Posted 16 September 2009 Posted 16 September 2009 It's probably been mentioned on here already, but I'm finding it very difficult to have a conversation about anything other than this, which is all my friends want to talk about at the moment: http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/news/article95289.ece I hate The Sun

Another time he rolled around in dung while trying to set Mr Roth’s tractor ablaze.
AjcW Posted 16 September 2009 Author Posted 16 September 2009 I find it hilarious that because of the influence of the media, normal blokes in a pub will talk about how someone likes to get his rocks off while covered in shit . If lib is still reading this, Ive got that missed opportunity feeling at the moment, I went out in birmingham on monday night to celebrate one of my mates moving into their new house(Second year uni) and I got to know all her mates, one of them really stood out and I cant get her out of my head . And I doubt i will be going back there very often bad times.
Bellend Sebastian Posted 16 September 2009 Posted 16 September 2009 Well at least we've moved on from that bloke in Beaumont Leys that was sent down for letting his dogs shag him. We have one Sun reader in our circle of friends, and frankly it's largely down to him that the topic of conversation is at the level that it is

It doesn't matter how long you are out there - you wont even have to tell them. It's more what you do while you're out there.
