Shrenchel Posted 28 October 2009 Posted 28 October 2009 I love those dopey bastards. Always let us completely fook around up there, 20 man deep in the aisles and whatnot. They seriously couldn't give a shit, look at this from the carling cup tonight . Those lads probably could have played a full 45 before any of the stewards thought about maybe trying to get them off there. Apparently united fans completely trashed the concourse as well. Raided the refreshments/cash and the staff that work behind the counter had to lock themselves in the stockroom because there wasn't a steward or copper in sight.

I mean Nick.....
lildave3 Posted 28 October 2009 Posted 28 October 2009 I just had to rewind and watch this 4 or 5 times when I was watching it. Hilarious
James. Posted 28 October 2009 Posted 28 October 2009 First touch let him down but at least he had a mate to finish the job! Quality. Here's the news story about the arrests and concourse mischief - Ten arrested at Carling Cup match
Edmund Posted 28 October 2009 Posted 28 October 2009 That's brilliant. It's the whole package including the superman celebration. I agree that the stewards should've been more on the ball and looked lackluster in their attempts to remove them from the pitch.
Finnegan Posted 28 October 2009 Posted 28 October 2009 Dificult to cover ever inch of the touch line, inevitably people are always going to get on the pitch. The bigger concern is the away fans terrorizing the poor sods in the confec stands. :\
Darkzzz_ Posted 28 October 2009 Posted 28 October 2009 First time I have seen Foster make a decent attempt at saving.

That's true but the attempts by the stewards were feeble unless there were stewards coming from other directions. Looks like they don't really give a shit. Some grounds are on top of these things and stewards will be rugby tackling and all sorts.
dandannieldanok Posted 28 October 2009 Posted 28 October 2009 No worse than the inept bunch at the Walkers who let that tw*t confront Ian Walker.
Tommeh Posted 28 October 2009 Posted 28 October 2009 Best thing about the game last night, excpet Hume who when he came on I thought was great. He meant no harm and hope his punishment isn't too severe Uniteds ruck in the concourse however is pretty inexcusable, I'll usually defend fans like this but to kick off at catering staff for doing their Job is very bad, the picture on the link is appauling. They moan at their allocation cuts then they get a big one (6k) they behave like this but as usual minority showing the rest up.
Jordan Posted 28 October 2009 Posted 28 October 2009 First touch let him down but at least he had a mate to finish the job! Quality. He was offside!
leicesterfox86 Posted 29 October 2009 Posted 29 October 2009 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iBQdgXhKZMA...feature=related Funny version of the fans' goal here actually - HA HA!

The lady on Skysports News said the fans were fine before the game then the police said to stop serving beer at half time it doesnt take a genious to realise the fans wouldn't be happy The police should have expected some sort of reaction, maybe not that kind though
lou Posted 29 October 2009 Posted 29 October 2009 Im not condoning what the fans did but the last time we went to Barnsley they shut the kiosk before the end of half time and those of us who had been queuing for ages were extremely pissed off.

Reading a 'proper' United fans comments, he reckons they have started have some chavvy kids follow them in numbers and when the extended allocations are given, they normally get a bucketload.
General Smuts Posted 29 October 2009 Posted 29 October 2009 How has this not been uploaded with the Benny Hill theme tune in the background? Brilliant stuff.
Thracian Posted 29 October 2009 Posted 29 October 2009 Where were Arthur Scargill's Flying Pickets when needed?
Floating Fox Posted 31 October 2009 Posted 31 October 2009 That is a quality finish. Worthwhile of a banning order!
