Maybes Posted 17 January 2010 Author Posted 17 January 2010 Thought neither game was gunna be on a saturday? Cardiff will be this saturday if they win.
Asha Posted 17 January 2010 Posted 17 January 2010 Talking of personal away day hoo-doo's, I've missed just 3 away games this season. Middlesbrough, Reading and QPR.
Maybes Posted 17 January 2010 Author Posted 17 January 2010 Talking of personal away day hoo-doo's, I've missed just 3 away games this season.Middlesbrough, Reading and QPR. Same as me mate !
Ford Super Sunday Posted 17 January 2010 Posted 17 January 2010 Cardiff will be this saturday if they win. There's now 'word' that the Cardiff game could be moved to a Sunday for live tv coverage on S4C Source: Ian Stringer Twitter
ousefox Posted 17 January 2010 Posted 17 January 2010 Correct me if i'm wrong but i think yesterday was our first loss in an away game at 3pm under Pearson.
samjohnson Posted 17 January 2010 Posted 17 January 2010 Talking of personal away day hoo-doo's, I've missed just 3 away games this season.Middlesbrough, Reading and QPR. Same as me mate ! Put... the away tickets... DOWN!
Asha Posted 17 January 2010 Posted 17 January 2010 Put... the away tickets... DOWN! Still a few more to go sadly I can remember thinking at S****horpe, "Thank fook I'm finally gonna see us win away in the league this- oh."
Maybes Posted 17 January 2010 Author Posted 17 January 2010 Correct me if i'm wrong but i think yesterday was our first loss in an away game at 3pm under Pearson. What just this season or under his reign?
Fosse Boy Posted 17 January 2010 Posted 17 January 2010 What just this season or under his reign? The only teams we lost to last season away were Tranmere, Brighton and Peterborough (two evenings and a midday) weren't they? So yeah, it probably is his entire reign.
Sods Posted 17 January 2010 Posted 17 January 2010 Correct me if i'm wrong but i think yesterday was our first loss in an away game at 3pm under Pearson. Yeah think thats correct, last time we lost away on a 3pm kick off away before yesterday was that horrible Sheff Yoo away game, losing 3-0
Leicester Rule! Posted 17 January 2010 Posted 17 January 2010 Snow forecast for next week over Wales and freezing temperatures, though not really an issue, Cardiff have undersoil heating so its ok!
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 17 January 2010 Posted 17 January 2010 Snow forecast for next week over Wales and freezing temperatures, though not really an issue, Cardiff have undersoil heating so its ok! It must work this time then! Really hope we can eat them just to get back to winning ways and have a good run in the cup. They havent done brilliantly well since that 4-4 posh game I dont think.
Katy Posted 17 January 2010 Posted 17 January 2010 I am NOT a jinx to our away form!! Yes you are! The facts speak for themselves!
lcfc_jme Posted 17 January 2010 Posted 17 January 2010 Yes you are! The facts speak for themselves! Preston 2 - 1 Leicester (League Cup) Middlesborough 0 - 1 Leicester QPR 1 - 2 Leicester S****horpe 1 - 1 Leicester Nottingham Forest 5 - 1 Leicester, which didn't happen. Swansea 1 - 0 Leicester. 4 league games, 2 league wins, 1 draw and 1 defeat. I've seen us not lose 3 of the 4 games I've been to in the league away from home this season. So nerr!!
Fosse Boy Posted 17 January 2010 Posted 17 January 2010 I am NOT a jinx to our away form!! All I'll say on the subject is whenever I've talked to you on a matchday this season, we've won.
Granno Posted 18 January 2010 Posted 18 January 2010 There's now 'word' that the Cardiff game could be moved to a Sunday for live tv coverage on S4CSource: Ian Stringer Twitter Could do with this being confirmed by S4C straight after the replay or it's gonna be a bugger to get out of work for.
StanSP Posted 18 January 2010 Posted 18 January 2010 Been to one away game this season and we won. I don't think that counts as enough to be superstitious though
Ford Super Sunday Posted 18 January 2010 Posted 18 January 2010 Do you need Sky for S4C or is it freeview? You need to be in Wales if you want it on Freeview Sky Channel 134 if it is live. Depends where Strings got the info from, but I wouldn't be surprised if it is on TV
Head Honcho Posted 18 January 2010 Posted 18 January 2010 Looking at the weather forecast the match could be in doubt due to waterlogged pitch. http://news.bbc.co.uk/weather/forecast/4
