Manwell Pablo Posted 12 November 2013 Posted 12 November 2013 lol oh the memories I remember when he was mayor I was unfortunate enough to be contracting on a project at City Council and used to see him around all the time, we exchanged glares frequently, good times. The day his trousers fell down was hilarious. Whole office was in stitches.
