StanSP Posted 9 February 2010 Posted 9 February 2010 Is that your guess or is it confirmed? From Stringer's twitter . And sbfox, possibly that yeah.
Hitesh Posted 9 February 2010 Author Posted 9 February 2010 Yup, I cant see them getting rid of the 4-3-3 which they've used in previous games. Hope the 3 in the middle can take hold of the game and N'Guessan/Gally be really creative and attack their defence.
Libertine Posted 9 February 2010 Posted 9 February 2010 Clearly the same formation again. Could easily fit into a 4-4-2 though, N'Guessan left and Oakley right. Gally up front with Fryatt. It's obviously 4-5-1/4-3-3 though.
ousefox Posted 9 February 2010 Posted 9 February 2010 Hmm... I assume this is a more of a 4-3-2-1? Obvs Gally and Dany will be tracking back in defence to make it a traditional 4-5-1.-------------------Weale----------------- --Morrison--Hobbs--Brown--Berner--- ---------King--Wellens--Oakley------- -------N'Guesan--Gallagher---- ---------------Fryatt------------- I hope so anyway, if its a 4-4-2, I can't see how these players would even begin to fit in!! I don't know if it was just me but i thought it looked like a 4-2-3-1 vs Newcastle with Oakley in the middle of the 3. Don't know if they played like this at Blackpool.

Oakley right mid, Dany left, Gally up top or just behind Fryatt surely?!I
Joe. Posted 9 February 2010 Posted 9 February 2010 Disappointed about the lack of Waghorn, but I think that's a strong central midfield trio we've got there.
C-man Posted 9 February 2010 Posted 9 February 2010 Waghorn can't be fit enough to last the 90. Otherwise I'm guessing he'd have kept the same team. Pretty it'll be the formation sbfox has stated up there. Bit busy with revision tonight so I'm gonna try not to keep a tab on the score, don't want to distract myself.. anyway come on Leicester!
Hitesh Posted 9 February 2010 Author Posted 9 February 2010 Oakley right mid, Dany left, Gally up top or just behind Fryatt surely?!I Doubt Gally will be up top - NP seems to like him in Midfield for some reason. Going to be N'Guessan on the left, Gally on the right (vice-versa maybe) but playing quite high up with Fryatt up top on his own. Expect King to sit in front of the defence with Wellens and Oakley to sit in the middle and attack where possible.
Wycombe Fox Posted 9 February 2010 Posted 9 February 2010 Solano on the bench as an option for either right midfield or right back?
Salieri Posted 9 February 2010 Posted 9 February 2010 Glad there's just the one change to the line up, hope Wellens can put in a big performance tonight against his former club. Feeling the most optimistic I have for a while about a Leicester win, so that means we'll probably lose! I'll stay positive however and go for an entertaining 3-1 victory.
ousefox Posted 9 February 2010 Posted 9 February 2010 C'MON CITEH Hoping for a big win today so we are bound to go and lose 1-0.
sbfox Posted 9 February 2010 Posted 9 February 2010 Jesus... really going for the horn tonight isn't he?!
Jonezy Posted 9 February 2010 Posted 9 February 2010 KOM SÅ LEICESTER!!! Liking this 4-5-1/4-3-3 stuff, hopefully it will give us another 3 points. Fryatt to regain his scoring touch would be pretty sweet as well. Feeling way too optimistic today.....
Foxhateram Posted 9 February 2010 Posted 9 February 2010 Well seems like we are struggling at the moment. We need to wake up soon otherwise we are not going to get anything out of this game.
jimmer Posted 9 February 2010 Posted 9 February 2010 KOM SÅ LEICESTER!!!Liking this 4-5-1/4-4-3 stuff, hopefully it will give us another 3 points. Fryatt to regain his scoring touch would be pretty sweet as well. Feeling way too optimistic today..... Crikey No keeper?
Jonezy Posted 9 February 2010 Posted 9 February 2010 Crikey No keeper? Ha, bit of a moment for me there....

Guest ttfn Posted 9 February 2010 Posted 9 February 2010 Our '4-3-3' is sounding very 4-5-1. Very disappointing.
