Yes originals, great prices out there.

I had mixed feelings about New York, the sights and shopping were very good however the people were the worst i've ever had the displeasure of meeting, i've done a fair few capital cities and fashion capitals in my time but never had the attitude and contempt of those people.

I undertsnad what your saying but they have a rep and dont mind playing up to it, I just took it as part of the experience and thought they were pretty funny. Any particular incidents you'd like to share?

Its not really very funny when you're in a packed Macy's department store, first in line and the cashier is halfway through putting your items through before saying 'oh, would you mind if i just put this ladys items through?' 'erm, no, you're putting my items through, she is 2-3 people behind me and I was here first, idiot' their idea of customer service is a joke, you get the stereotypical african-american on jerry springer type attitude off most of them wether its restaurants or shops, spoils the whole experience.

The best one was in a diner with a waiter who I can only compare to lurch from the adams family who sounded just like vinnie the panda off the fox's biscuits advert. He brought out an accompaniement (sp?) to my UFO sized plate of spaghetti and meatballs which was an equally large salad, I left the salad knowing what lay in wait for me and the guy comes over and says 'you dont like your salad or something?' just pure rudeness, take it and piss off.

I had the last laugh with the 'tip' however, around a dollars worth of shrapnel littering the table lol

Noticed about the trainers at the start of the thread. I own a pair of orange sambas, green and yellow SL72's, green and white gazelles, blue and yellow marathons, and recently purchased blue and white plimsole volleys from well gosh, £35.

 I had to much time on my hands lol.

Much obliged. It's weird how hard it was to find one I liked, I swear everyone wore these a few years back.

I used to have one about 4 year ago, but it was a cheap one, so the fur itched lol.

Haven't worn Adidas trainers on a match day for a few years now. Too many teds jumping on the casual bandwagon.

Prefer the geography teacher / luxury scruff look these days.

Would rather chew my own arm off that wear plimsoles, gio-goi, Henleys etc.

Good interesting thread this.

The king of coats. I dont think I could even wear it even if I ever got my grubby mitts on one.

The Camerman is lovely as well

Cameraman is class! Not sure how many days wear you'd get from that NC Everest Parka in the UK though.

Too hot to wear in the pub. And for that reason I'm out!
