Colin will undoubtably have QPR 'up for it', so it will be a tough game.

Pearson needs to generate some confidence and belief and he needs to do it tomorrow.

One way or another it will be interesting...

I wish i could say i feel optimistic about this one, but i'm not entirely. After these past 4 losses, i have started to worry a bit, however, i'm not one of those "fickle" fans calling for the managers head or anything like that. I'm a realist and realise we have exceeded expectations this season, so to be in or around the play offs, for me, is a great season, expecially when you consider what league we were in last season.

I know we have to get back to winning ways at some point and i hope it's today. Although i'm not optimistic i'm going to go for a 2-1 win for us.

hmmm,

if we score first, we'll win.

if we concede first, we'll lose.

i just want us to register shots on target for a change.

i'd be happy with a draw,

IMO i think as long as we can pick up a couple of wins from the last 5 games it's going to come down to the other teams stuffing up - sheff u have newcastle today, either one or both of donny and blackpool will drop points, and boro have a game against a team fighting to escape the bottom three...

and a win today would mean that potentially boro, donny and sheff would need to catch 9 points up from 4 games....

so a massive game then.

Right......really excited now... will be leaving the land of my fathers in 10 mins and have persuaded my 7 year old godson to come. He is a liverpool fan tho... he has attended 4 games at the walkers this year, moaned about everything, the cold, wanting food, drink.....but...... has seen 4 foxes victories!!!!!!

2-0 CITY........... Lets get behind them!!

Don't think anyone can really argue with giving this game "most important of the season so far" status. Just gotta hope that the pressure doesn't lead to the sort of nervous performance we saw against Bristol after being battered by Forest.

Major difference is I think the players should be taking heart from how they played against West Brom - no other championship team (except perhaps Newcastle) would have beaten them on Friday, and we managed to play some stylish if lacking-in-end-product football which unnerved them for the first few minutes and at the start of the second half.

Add that to Cardiff, a game which, by all accounts, we absolutely should have managed to get something from.

In the words of Steve Howard: "At Albion, we knocked the ball around very well and, if we do that at home, gee-whizz, we will batter them." Yeah? WELL LET'S DO IT THEN PLEASE! :scarf:

Definate win, they're down there for a reason and we are where we are because we usually do a job against teams in their position at home. Not many people would have expected us to take much from the last 4 games so it's not something to get overly worried about. We have enough about us to beat the QPR's, watford's and peterborough's of this league.

I'm going for 3-1

Starting XI: Weale, Morrison, Berner, Brown, Hobbs, King, Gallagher, Wellens, Waghorn, Howard, Spearing.

What formation is that going to be then?
