Gallagher 6 Didn't really create much ( surprised he stopped on so long)

Howard 8 Won his headers and scored

Waghorn 7 Tried his best not his sort of game

Weale 7 (Flapped at a couple of things but no dodginess to the kicking and some good saves)

Morrison 8 (Our main outlet for attacking play throughout the game, yet not found out of position often either)

Hobbs 8 (Everything we've come to expect once again)

Brown 8 (Ferocious defending that showed a genuine passion to win the game)

Berner 7 (Still doesn't seem quite back to his old self but did really well in keeping their winger quiet)

Spearing 4 (Sorry, but he had a bit of a shocker yesterday. Has the enthusiasm but as yet not the brains to go with it)

Wellens 7 (Really up for it and kept winning the ball back for us with great tackles and interceptions in midfield)

King 7 (Fairly similar to Wellens. Has a knack for being in the right place to get us important goals)

Gallagher 6 (Must admit I didn't really notice him yesterday)

Howard 9, MOTM (Dangerous attacking play, a terrific outlet for the ball in the final third. I for one really don't mind us reverting to relying on his stature to win games in this sort of League 1 style if it keeps bringing in the points)

Waghorn 6 (Didn't really stand much of a chance against their massive defender. Clearly some days are his and some are not...)

Subs:

Vaughan 5 (Hilarious but potentially dangerous - could be a real prospect if he was capable of staying on his feet! Should have scored at the end)

Oakley 7 (Slotted into the midfield comfortably and didn't give away any passes )

Adams 6 (Didn't really see much action as far as I can remember. As with Vaughan should really have scored at the end)

Weale- 7 (Good game from our keeper, kicking much more assured)

Morrison- 8 (Supports the attack well, defends tightly)

Hobbs- 8 (Another strong performance. Great signing)

Brown- 7 (He can't pass but he can defend, gave Mackail-Smith little)

Berner- 6 (Not his best game, but still competent enough)

Spearing- 6 (Tries his best)

King- 7 (Yet another goal from midfield)

Wellens- 6.5 (Tries the spectacular a bit too often, good pass for Howard's goal though)

Gallagher- 6.5 (Lovely cross for the winner)

Waghorn- 5 (Struggled against Geohagan)

Howard- 7 (Held the ball up well, good finish, had another great shot just over)

Vaughan- 5 (The amount of times he fell over)

Oakley- 6 (Added some composure towards the end)

Waghorn 6.5 - Peterborough had done there homework and kept him quiet.

I'm surprised Brown has got so many high ratings. His distribution was worse than normal yesterday.

Weale - 7.5 - Solid again. Could do nothing with the goal.

Morrison - 7.5 - Solid, kept his player quiet. Not as comfortable at right back, but another good game. Really improving as a player.

Hobbs - 7 - Allowed himself to get troubled by Mackail-Smith too often, but did win the battle in the end.

Brown - 7 - Distribution is awful, but add's solidarity to the back line, and made some vital blocks and tackles yesterday.

Berner - 6 - Poorest performance for a while, but was never really troubled.

Spearing - 6.5 - Didn't have much joy with the ball, but worked hard, and is certainly an improvement on Oakley.

King - 7 - Very quiet, kept things simple as per usual, but again was the legs of the midfield, and his running allows Wellens to play football a lot more. Right place right time again for his goal.

Wellens - 8 - Best footballer we've had at this club for a long time. Everything we do well is some-what linked to this man.

Gallacher - 5.5 - Non-existant yesterday, apart from his cross for the goal. Certainly wasn't the best pitch for him.

Howard - 7.5 - Well taken goal, and certainly proved us a focal-point for us. Hitting form at the right time.

Waghorn - 6 - Not a great day for Waggy, looked tired and was rightfully substituted.

Subs

Vaughan - 5 - Get some proper studs. Could have had a much higher rating if he didnt slip over every time he got the ball.

Oakley - 6 - Didn't have much time to impact the game

Adams - 5.5 - Always looks out of his depth to me.

Weale 7 - Didn't really have much to do but a decent performance overall

Morrison 8.5 - Great performance, solid at the back and good going forward.

Hobbs 7.5 - Consistent performance yet again.

Brown 7 - Glad to have him back, very solid at the back but distribution was poor as usual.

Berner 7 - Did well even though he found it tough against their right winger.

Spearing 6.5 - Decent performance although made a few mistakes.

Wellens 8.5 - MOTM for me, great passing and looked like making things happen.

King 8 - Much better performance in the last couple of games.

Gallagher 6.5 - Didn't really do a lot, wasn't involved in the game as much as he could have been. Some great passes though.

Waghorn 7 - Gave 100% as usual, but didn't really happen for him.

Howard 8 - Glad to see him playing well and scoring again.

Vaughan 5 - Kept falling over and saw the most ridiculous dive, even if it did get us a free kick.

Adams 6 - Not great, showed pace but should have scored.

Oakley 6 - Wasn't really noticable when he came on.
