flanimal Posted 16 May 2010 Posted 16 May 2010 Wicked. The World Cup will get me through June and July. Maybe some transfers will get me through May, pre season friendlies to take care of late July and early August footballwise. But those missed penalties are like a scar on my heart, I won't feel OK until we win a game.

Guest Bilo Posted 16 May 2010 Posted 16 May 2010 Can't wait already. Could be an exciting summer if Pearson signs his new contract and some good new faces come in. In the mean time, the World Cup awaits as do many drunk days in beer gardens. It's why we have a summer.
KFS Posted 16 May 2010 Posted 16 May 2010 Exams and World Cup to lead up to the start of the season. Cannot wait for first game back, i will be going fvcking mental in the stands whatever the score.
Fosse Boy Posted 16 May 2010 Posted 16 May 2010 Only if 2 man pitch invasions are involved They're mandatory.
Corky Posted 16 May 2010 Posted 16 May 2010 Personally I'm pleased we've got a bit of a break (would've loved to still be in this season, obviously) but with all the travelling I do it makes a change to have weekends at home and not get up at the crack of dawn every Saturday. I'm sure after the World Cup new season fever will kick in
