Fosse Boy Posted 25 June 2010 Posted 25 June 2010 Walsh? Taggart? Are you all fucking gone in the head? I'm backing an Ormondroyd/Joachim/Roberts dream team.
Brainy Posted 25 June 2010 Posted 25 June 2010 whats actually going on? i've read pages 1-3, and the last two, are there any links i've missed?
Shrenchel Posted 25 June 2010 Posted 25 June 2010 Does he? I saw him at Fosse Park about 18 months ago doing some shopping. Oh sweet fvck! Has he broken his verbal agreement with his local shopkeeper as well?!
Guest Mee-9 Posted 25 June 2010 Posted 25 June 2010 Oh sweet fvck! Has he broken his verbal agreement with his local shopkeeper as well?! lol lol
andy_croydz Posted 25 June 2010 Posted 25 June 2010 Eh? I'm going shopping in Solihull tomorrow, doesn't mean I live there. Yeah but this was about 7pm at night, he was going back to Sheffield pretty late to get back for training at Leicester in the morning

Fosse Boy Posted 25 June 2010 Posted 25 June 2010 Oh sweet fvck! Has he broken his verbal agreement with his local shopkeeper as well?! Genius.
andy_croydz Posted 25 June 2010 Posted 25 June 2010 Don't exist in this game any more... I remember back to when O'Neill was talking to Leeds, and decided to stop at Leicester, but this feels a bit different That was in the 90's when the world was a better place. This is 2010, when the world is sh|t.
Matt Posted 25 June 2010 Posted 25 June 2010 Yeah but this was about 7pm at night, he was going back to Sheffield pretty late to get back for training at Leicester in the morning Sheffield is only just over an hour away.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 25 June 2010 Posted 25 June 2010 Sheffield is only just over an hour away. Well more like an hour and a half but still.
Tilley Posted 25 June 2010 Posted 25 June 2010 England lose to Germany Sunday night, Pearson moves to Hull on Monday. /worstcasescenario.
Narborough_fox Posted 25 June 2010 Posted 25 June 2010 Well more like an hour and a half but still. That's at he speed limit.
Matt Posted 25 June 2010 Posted 25 June 2010 England lose to Germany Sunday night, Pearson moves to Hull on Monday. /worstcasescenario. Leicester could become the new Bridgend.
Edmund Posted 25 June 2010 Posted 25 June 2010 Pearson still lives in Sheffield, maybe he wants to be 'closer to home'. Bit of a mission isn't it? Traveling that distance day in day out for training. I never understand why players/managers do this. Frank Sinclair used to drive up from London everyday to train. If it's true it could have more to do with the uncertain state of the ownership of the club, I know it's been denied but if a change is in the offing then either Pearson could be thinking now's the time to go or maybe the presumed new owners have their own manager in mind - pure speculation but....... Maybe, this time next month we could have a billionaire owner with Sven in charge. whats actually going on? i've read pages 1-3, and the last two, are there any links i've missed? Read the fucking thread you doughnut
andy_croydz Posted 25 June 2010 Posted 25 June 2010 Sheffield is only just over an hour away. It is if you drive at 120mph down the M1 yes
C-man Posted 25 June 2010 Posted 25 June 2010 Well more like an hour and a half but still. What I can't understand is that he stayed at City throughout the whole period of the 50mph stretch on the M1 and as soon as its 4 lanes at whatever speed you fancy he fvcks off...

Frank Sinclair used to drive up from London everyday to train. Sir Les used to fly to training from London in a fookin helicopter .
Matt Posted 25 June 2010 Posted 25 June 2010 It is if you drive at 120mph down the M1 yes http://www.multimap.com/directions/?qs_1=Fosse+Park+Leicester&countryCode_1=GB&qs_2=Sheffield&countryCode_2=GB&mode=driving&optimizeFor=time Obviously only a rough estimate and probably no traffic allowances, but a rough guide says 1 hour 15 mins, that's just over an hour in my book.

Read the fucking thread you doughnut fyi you could have typed ****ing without the italic C and you wouldn't have sounded any less intimidating.
Fosse Boy Posted 25 June 2010 Posted 25 June 2010 I think you're all failing to take into account the obligatory stop at Woodall services. What with it having the holy trinity of fast food outlets within its hallowed walls.

OK ok you win Matty boy. I remember you from the days of the official messageboard when you was a wee kid
Edmund Posted 25 June 2010 Posted 25 June 2010 Sir Les used to fly to training from London in a fookin helicopter . I thought you were joking. Ferdinand is a qualified helicopter pilot and owns at least one helicopter, which he regularly uses. Legend.
