Grown increasingly sick of my team, hopefully my new charges will bag some proper points. Keeping Titus Bramble though, purely because of his heroic 9 points against Man City.

MC Prussian Posted 20 September 2010 Posted 20 September 2010 Finally managed to pick up some points and ended up with a decent 72, mostly thanks to the Chelsea boys Malouda, Cole and Drogba and Hart keeping a clean sheet for Manchester City.
Lillehamring Posted 20 September 2010 Posted 20 September 2010 i thought i'd picked a tidy team this year and my first 2 weeks were sound... now my season is in shatters. my three strikers were: Defoe Zamora & Saha - all out injured my most expensive player was: lampard - out my keepers were sorensen & Jaaskelainen - both out not to mention that when sorensen saved lampards peno, i rested sorensen nightmare.. no, a nightmare is deciding to leave it to the end of the week to play my wildcard and then forgetting, so i ended up with an exciting 4-5-1 formation, the 1 being saha - who didn't play... top scorer - milner with 6 (including captaincy), next best....jose enrique of newcastle with 5... so a towering 24 points, this week - following 28 and 24 the previous 2 weeks my season is pretty much fucked

Hart let three in, but came up with a solid save, Ashley Cole a rock in defense as always and Bramble surprising once more. Surprised to see Carroll didn't get awarded with an assist for his headed flick-on to Nolan's goal...

I was glad this was spotted as Carroll was on my bench, as was Steven Carr. d'oh!
