Shrenchel Posted 19 July 2010 Posted 19 July 2010 Anyone on here sporting one? Mine's getting pretty noticeable. Problem is the shape of my nut is all fvcked up and I look shocking with a shaved head. Thinking it might be preferable to attempting the Jude Law weetabix though or taking pills that apparently stop the rot but leave you spurting semen that's the consistency of water. What's the tactic?
Flynny Posted 19 July 2010 Posted 19 July 2010 Completely off the wall, but when I had moderately bad acne a couple of years ago I had some stuff called Azelaic acid. I noticed it made my pathetic bumfluff appear at twice the rate so i looked it up and supposedly it has been trialed as a hair growth treatment. Definitely makes hair grow faster anyway. On a more normal note, can you not grow it a touch longer and get some of that thickening spray shit?
Matt Posted 19 July 2010 Posted 19 July 2010 Not got one [yet ], but got quite a few grey hair's, quite worrying considering i'm only just 23 but don't worry Paulo Sousa is here to make Grey hair's cool.

Fox You Forest Posted 19 July 2010 Posted 19 July 2010 i think i had my first ones by that sort of age, but i think they only increased by about 1 a year, so not necessarily the end of the world. That's what Phillip Schofield said...
rico Posted 19 July 2010 Posted 19 July 2010 shave it off mate,i wasnt happy about having to do it,but it was better than hanging on to it and looking like Woody Harleson or Alan Shearer with the landing strip!
FoxyPV Posted 19 July 2010 Posted 19 July 2010 Whatever Shane Warne used it worked as his hair thickened quite a bit afterwards

Smudge Posted 19 July 2010 Posted 19 July 2010 If that avatar of yours remotely resembles you, I'd say, a receding hairline, is the least of your worries Older, balder, fatter it's like a 'rite of passage'

andy_croydz Posted 19 July 2010 Posted 19 July 2010 Whatever Shane Warne used it worked as his hair thickened quite a bit afterwards I think he spent about 3 grand on a hair treatment. Mine is thinning a lot lately and is receding a bit at the corners, i've been ill for a while though so it's probably due to that. I suspect I have a thyroid problem but the doctors refuse to treat me. My TSH is 3.4 amd apperantly if I was living in America now they would treat me for being hypothyroid Doctors in the UK are useless.
Pete_foxes Posted 19 July 2010 Posted 19 July 2010 There is not a whole lot you can do about your receeding hair line unfortunatly, you could spend awhole lot of money on products and treatments in the hope it'l help but I dont think its worth it, the worst thing to do is try and hide it if its really that noticable, I have started receeding but am lucky enough to still be able to hide it pretty well as its not that much at the moment, but when the time comes i'll definatly just shave it off, no point trying to fight it, just accept it move on and think you could be losing an arm or a leg, and anyway Vin Diesel still looks great and hes got no hair
andy_croydz Posted 19 July 2010 Posted 19 July 2010 toupee or not toupee... that just reminded of something... Back in the day when I used to sit up in L1 with the chavs (2003-2005) There was a steward who had a hairstyle where it was like a bowl on top and shaved around the sides, but even worse than a normal curtains hairstyle. It looked like he was wearing a wig, he got ripped big style! There was some classic chants... "He's got a wig on, he's got a wig on, he's got a wig on, he's got a wig on" "Toupee is beautiful, Toupee is beautiful, Toupee is beautiful, Toupee is beautiful" (Keown was playing for us at the time) Then he wasn't in L1 for a few games, everyone thought he had either left his job because of the stick or moved to steward a different part of the ground. Then.... He came back and everyone was loving it People were chanting.. "WIGGY IS BACK, WIGGY IS BACK, WOAH WOAH!
Bellend Sebastian Posted 19 July 2010 Posted 19 July 2010 I remember him. He looked a bit like Gary Numan
andy_croydz Posted 19 July 2010 Posted 19 July 2010 I remember him. He looked a bit like Gary Numan LMAO i'll tell you who he looked the twin of... Looked exactly like him.
Lillehamring Posted 19 July 2010 Posted 19 July 2010 LMAO i'll tell you who he looked the twin of... Looked exactly like him. is that the woman off tizwas?
andy_croydz Posted 19 July 2010 Posted 19 July 2010 is that the woman off tizwas? no idea, she is in the BBC daytime drama called Doctors.
Alexikokopops Posted 19 July 2010 Posted 19 July 2010 Embrace it. I've had a poor hairline since I was about 18. This is it in all its glory (this picture's over two years old, but I remember starting a similar thread after seeing it) You can try going for the buzz cut, but it's still noticeable. This was two days after using clippers with no guard. All in all, you either embrace it, brave the weird shaped head and bic it, or just give up on life itself.
DANGEROUS TIGER Posted 20 July 2010 Posted 20 July 2010 I had a good head of hair one, but now the hairline is receding from the center outwards. Friar Tuck look!
Zingari Posted 20 July 2010 Posted 20 July 2010 i was losing quite a lot of hair in my late 20's until i had a vasectomy , and i still seem to have the same amount of hair now as i did then . dunno if having the vasectomy halted the hair loss or whether it was a coincidence that the hair loss stopped, but most of my uncles are baldies
Shrenchel Posted 20 July 2010 Author Posted 20 July 2010 Haha Weetabix. Tried Alpecin shampoo? It's meant to be good. Yeah a lad I know uses this. Says he can't see much difference though and the science behind it seems pretty bogus. Think the only things which really work are the ones which fvck about with your testosterone so the possible side effects generally involve your cock, balls, jizz and moobs. As much as I look like a disabled with a buzz cut on my quasimodo head and pair of linekers, Id feel like so much more of a cvnt if I paid money to give myself floppy cock and man tits. Embrace it. Do you find girls dribble sick down themselves in digust at your bald patches?
AoWW Posted 20 July 2010 Posted 20 July 2010 Maybe I'm just really unobservant but i honestly think it's one of those things that blokes stress about but girls barely notice, let alone care about. I've met Alex a few times and have never once thought 'ooh, isn't his hairline receding!'
