The people with the rights are LCFC who broadcast on the paid-for FoxesPlayer.

You can only listen on matchdays on an actual radio, there is no online streams (thanks to the Internet rights not being owned by the BBC I think) to listen on a radio you obviously have to be in the region covered by Radio Leicester. The best you can hope for is a video stream which won't be known until much nearer kick-off and tbh is unlikely. Of course there is FoxesPlayer, but that requires a subscription
