Mee Posted 7 November 2010 Posted 7 November 2010 It wouldn't surprise me if he's trying to impress his future employees Was Sven there?
Guest ttfn Posted 7 November 2010 Posted 7 November 2010 That Manchester United are 2 points off the lead at this stage is amazing given that their best player has either been injured or atrocious for the whole season.
StanSP Posted 7 November 2010 Posted 7 November 2010 That Manchester United are 2 points off the lead at this stage is amazing given that their best player has either been injured or atrocious for the whole season. Can't really call him their best player then ?
Guest ttfn Posted 7 November 2010 Posted 7 November 2010 Can't really call him their best player then ? Don't be a pedant. If you don't think Wayne Rooney's United's best player, you sir, are wrong.
Tilley Posted 7 November 2010 Posted 7 November 2010 Cesc Fabregas misplaced 27 passes against Newcastle, his worst ever tally in a Premier League game. There lies the problem, Arsenal were so sloppy today.
StanSP Posted 7 November 2010 Posted 7 November 2010 Don't be a pedant. If you don't think Wayne Rooney's United's best player, you sir, are wrong. He's been off form not since the start of the season, but since about Feb/March. There have been other United players who have performed consistently and much better for Man Utd in that time.
Corky Posted 7 November 2010 Posted 7 November 2010 Torres looked his old self today, the second ws pure class.
ScouseFox Posted 7 November 2010 Posted 7 November 2010 Liverpool have not managed a league goal that wasn't either scored or assisted by Steven Gerrard or Fernando Torres since the opening day of the season. Great stat
StanSP Posted 7 November 2010 Posted 7 November 2010 Torres' two goals were summat else First one was lovely control and well finished. Second was just beautfiul. That's the Torres we all love to see. Well, I do anyway.
Jackirius Posted 7 November 2010 Posted 7 November 2010 Balotelli ... Think they summed him up quite well. Body of an adult mind of a child. Think the referee did very well in that game.
BoneDog Posted 8 November 2010 Posted 8 November 2010 Just noticed on SSN that Joey Bartons hair is looking well smart. And the number 0 tash is a nice style.
FoxyPV Posted 8 November 2010 Posted 8 November 2010 Was Balotelli given a straight red or was it a second yellow?
Tilley Posted 8 November 2010 Posted 8 November 2010 *GREAT STAT* Only two players have scored for Sunderland in all competitions this season (Bent and Gyan)
MC Prussian Posted 8 November 2010 Posted 8 November 2010 Was Balotelli given a straight red or was it a second yellow? Two yellows. Both for being a silly, sulky kid.
Tilley Posted 8 November 2010 Posted 8 November 2010 Two yellows. Both for being a silly, sulky kid. He was given a yellow for the first incident and then a straight red card. Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli will miss Wednesday night's derby showdown against Manchester United after choosing not to appeal against the straight red card he received against West Brom on Sunday.
StanSP Posted 8 November 2010 Posted 8 November 2010 Two yellows. Both for being a silly, sulky kid. I thought he got a yellow then a straight red. I didn't think you could appeal 2 yellows?
MC Prussian Posted 8 November 2010 Posted 8 November 2010 I thought he got a yellow then a straight red. I didn't think you could appeal 2 yellows? Yeah. One yellow for his theatrical antics in the box, then a straight red for his kick against Mulumbu. My bad.
StanSP Posted 9 November 2010 Posted 9 November 2010 Stoke 1 up at home to Birmingham. Stoke are taking the piss; they're appealing for virtually everything.
sdb Posted 9 November 2010 Posted 9 November 2010 Stoke 1 up at home to Birmingham. Stoke are taking the piss; they're appealing for virtually everything. Not sure I agree with that, and not sure i'd blame them if they felt they had to 2 clear corners given as goal kicks to Brum. Can believe they're probably getting paranoid.
ScouseFox Posted 9 November 2010 Posted 9 November 2010 Sensational goal from Fuller. 2-0 Stoke after about 10 minutes of solid Brum pressure.
StanSP Posted 9 November 2010 Posted 9 November 2010 Sensational goal from Fuller. 2-0 Stoke after about 10 minutes of solid Brum pressure. Good defending against Brum (bit of luck too) and great goal from Fuller.
ScouseFox Posted 9 November 2010 Posted 9 November 2010 Birmingham back in it, great strike there aswell.
StanSP Posted 9 November 2010 Posted 9 November 2010 Birmingham right back in it now. Good goal taken well by Fahey.
